太厉害了,排队的人从二楼排到一楼,还要转个弯到大马路上🏃甜豆浆是那么的冰洌丝滑清爽❄️,虽然是有一些甜度在身上的,但是配上了油条,让焦香的油条外面一层变得绵软,内心却保持着他的酥脆,在口中还一口爆汁💦咸豆浆就有点像咸口的豆腐脑,又有一点像鸡蛋羹,口感丝滑还带着豆香味和那种柴火味🪵,别说有点爱上闲口的了👑各种碳水也好吃!不愧是排队王

每次到台北都很希望嚐一嚐阜杭豆漿,無奈行程緊密,加上每次去到均見長長人龍,所以放棄了。今次來台北,時間已是上午11時了,又下著微雨,想必人少,可是人龍依然是那麼長(確實比以往見到短了很多),所以繼續排隊。長長的人龍我們排了約半小時吧,找座位也算順利。點了三種不同食物及飲料,確實沒怎失望。特別欣賞咸豆漿,兒時常見祖父早餐例必點咸豆漿,他說咸豆漿比甜豆漿味道較好,又有益,可是我一次也沒有和他一起吃咸豆漿,現回想也感遺憾。今次終嚐咸豆漿,真的很好吃,油條浸在豆漿良久,仍是脆脆的,我沒嚐過其他店的咸豆漿、故未能比較,但這個味道我很喜歡。薄餅加蛋油條很好吃,推介給大家

每次來台北,必有一頓早餐要吃阜坑的,何況是事隔三年的回訪呢。今早是星期六,人很多, 但還是乖乖排隊,盼著吃厚餅夾蛋。人龍雖長, 但也排得很快,最後我們排了大概40分鐘。可惜在點餐時就開始失望了。以前阿姨動作都很快,點餐不一會就備好食物,跟快餐店有過之而無不及。這次來也很快,但食物都是一早整定的, 不是現做。這可能是為了應付週末超繁的人流吧。但過樣一來,食物就不是熱辣辣的呢,很失望啊。常溫的食物美味值減半。加上阿姨給錯了食物,厚餅夾蛋變了厚餅夾油條!所有食物中只有鹹豆漿的味道能保持著。我想以後應該不會再花時間來吃了。

1958年開業至今已經有60年歷史的《阜杭豆漿》,而且連續多年榮獲米其林必比登推薦,講到台北早餐大家都會想到《阜杭豆漿》,可以說是台北早餐第一把交椅,《阜杭豆漿》位於華山市場2F,不論是平假日都是需要排隊的台北早餐,最誇張的是還曾看過排到捷運站出口,真的是人氣很夯的早餐。米其林推薦台北早餐阜杭豆漿全台北最會排隊的早餐店這個封號真的可以給《阜杭豆漿》,去過幾次每次都是排個20~30分鐘左右,第一次去還是從捷運站門口一出來就開始排,一路沿著建築物到華山市場二樓,以前《阜杭豆漿》還有很多國外觀光聞名而來,雖然現在排隊人潮少了一些還是要排隊,但下雨天或更早來幾乎是直通二樓,在排隊過程中你可以透過大面玻璃看得到師傅備料桿麵皮,然後還用炭火烤爐烤餅,前上還有連兩年米其林推薦的牌子。《阜杭豆漿》就位於華山市場2樓,捷運善導寺站5號出口一出來就是華山市場,《阜杭豆漿》營業時間為周二到周日,從早上5點半到中午12點半,周一是公休日可別跑來喔!《阜杭豆漿》就在市場裡面,用餐環境就是市場共用的餐桌,但九成九以上都是享用《阜杭豆漿》早餐的客人。我會建議來《阜杭豆漿》用餐,排到二樓時一個去買,一個就去找位置,要

我會建議來《阜杭豆漿》用餐,排到二樓時一個去買,一個就去找位置,要不然等你買到早餐後沒位置也很尷尬。醬料區是採自助的,有醬油也有辣醬,我是吃完後才發現,另外還有剪刀,像厚燒餅份量真的很大,也可以一分為二共食也很方便。

《阜杭豆漿菜單》就是在點餐區後面的價目表,總共有20幾種選項選擇,阜杭豆漿推薦一定要是點就是那厚蛋夾油條,幾乎是每天人來都會點的,另外鹹飯糰跟甜飯糰也都是阜杭豆漿推薦菜色,但還是建議一定要早點來,因為有些品項賣完就沒了,就會提前打烊了。

《阜杭豆漿》鹹豆漿一碗40元,價格上沒有太大問題,再來鹹豆漿的味道上也是很OK,吃起來很像是豆花,整個很滑順,黃豆的香氣很濃郁,但多了香菜的味道,我個人喜歡辣油與菜脯多一點的鹹豆漿,總覺得少了一味,是可以自己去加辣油,但我是最後才發現,可惜了。

好!來《阜杭豆漿》沒有點豆漿好像不太對,但從鹹豆漿來判斷,豆漿是還不錯的,然後糙米漿也是不錯的選擇,喝起來也很濃郁香甜。

焦糖甜點 NT$25元/蘿蔔絲酥餅 NT$25元
焦糖甜餅真的很推,外層的芝麻香氣很夠,是不計成本的灑下去的,內裡的麥芽則是因為炭烤後帶有焦香的焦糖,撥開後還會牽絲,整個很誘人,吃起的甜度也剛剛好,不會讓人覺得太膩。蘿蔔絲酥餅也是很多網友激推的,也是走古早味作法的,裡面是包蘿蔔絲干,有一點醃過,帶有一點鹹度,還會有脆脆的口感,真的還不錯吃。

鹹飯糰加蛋 NT$60元
鹹飯糰加蛋一顆賣到60元,其實價格是偏高一些,但裡面的料真的很多很猛,菜脯與油條跟糯米搭的剛剛好,吃起來很香,菜脯鹹度很OK,油條也有脆脆的口感,還帶有一點油氣,我覺得很不錯,另外加顆蛋我都要給到90分了,份量上也是沒話說,飽足感十足。

招牌來了喔!《阜杭豆漿》厚蛋夾油條,其實就是厚燒餅夾蛋夾油條,在外面真的很難吃得到像《阜杭豆漿》的厚燒餅,會帶有一點香甜味,會越嚼越香,那種麵糰原本的香甜,真的很好吃,裡面再夾上炸的香酥的油條與軟嫩的蔥蛋,整份厚蛋夾油條是厚到不行,幾乎是一口無法咬下,咬下之後是黃金組合,整個超搭的,應該是一定要來吃的台北早餐推薦。

整體來說《阜杭豆漿》的餐點都是無雷,是很傳統很讓人喜歡的台北早餐,我個人還市很愛其厚燒餅,真的是經典的美味,《阜杭豆漿》豆漿、米漿跟鹹豆漿也都是大推,交通也很方便,善導寺站一上來就到,再來用餐區也很大,整個都很不錯,唯一要挑剔就是要排隊,想要避開人潮就是要早點來要不然就是下雨天試試運氣。

餅又酥又綿還有一層淡淡的甜味,加上厚實的蔥蛋,整個就是滿足,

▲華山市場的2樓是由許多店家共同承租,型態有點類似百貨公司的美食街,先找好自己想吃的店家,點完餐之後,再自行取餐到座位區。

阜杭豆漿分成兩個區塊,一個是餐點製作區,另一個是排隊點餐區,餐點製作區是用玻璃隔間,裏頭的製作過程可說是一目了然,每位員工都各司其職,無論是炸油條、揉麵糰或烤燒餅的師傅們,都不斷的努力生產出餐點來供給嗷嗷待哺的顧客們。

▲其實我們只有2個人用餐,但因為冰豆漿、熱豆漿、鹹豆漿、冰米漿都很想嚐試,於是就一口氣點了4碗  

原以為冰飲會用紙杯封口給我們,想說冰的喝不完可以帶走,沒想到內用一律是用碗裝,不過幸好服務人員說,喝不完可以拿回去給她裝杯子,不然我們兩個人真的喝不完這4碗啦!!

▲這裡的豆漿真的很濃,濃到熱豆漿上面還會形成薄薄的豆皮,入口時豆香味非常濃郁,且甜度十分恰好。

以豆香氣表現而言,熱豆漿喝起來會比較香,冰豆漿個人覺得甜度可以再稍減一些,但忠哥卻覺得甜度恰好。

▲這裡的鹹豆漿表現還不錯,但並不是檸檬喝過最好喝的鹹豆漿。

這裡的鹹豆漿初入口會有微微的醋香氣,接著是蝦皮的鹹香和香菜為,上頭的油條非常酥脆可口,配上帶有豆腦般的口感,相當不錯。

▲這裡的蛋餅皮屬於軟Q口感,咀嚼時帶有麵粉香氣,裏頭的蔥蛋煎的相當好,口感蓬鬆且蛋香和蔥香都嶄露無遺,但單吃會覺得味道稍嫌不足了些,需要醬油或豆瓣醬來提升風味

▲厚蛋夾油條剛拿到時就已經不是熱的了,所以厚燒餅在吃的時候表層偏乾硬,加上油條口感並不是很酥脆,所以讓檸檬非常失望,嚴格來說,只有裏頭的蔥蛋是令人滿意的

▲來這會想點飯糰的最主要原因,是因為7-11賣的阜杭飯糰實在太好吃了,所以特別來吃看看現場的味道如何?

但沒想到,7-11賣的阜杭飯糰竟然比較好吃耶!!

 

雖說飯糰使用的配料一模一樣,但飯和內餡比例卻差距很大,現場的飯量比較多,咬一兩口還不能吃到內餡,且裡面的肉鬆明顯比7-11放的還要少,反而是菜圃偏多,菜圃的鹹味又偏重。
而7-11的飯糰比例十分恰好,咬第一口就已經吃到內餡邊緣,且肉鬆的鹹香氣濃郁,菜鋪的滋味點綴在其中,老油條即便是經過微波仍保有酥脆度。
ps.因為是上車才吃,所以忘了拍攝到內餡部分

▲蘿蔔絲餅的餅皮偏乾硬,裏頭使用的是曬乾的蘿蔔絲,吃起來有脆度但沒甚麼水分,且帶有濃厚的胡椒香氣,但因為整體吃起來口感偏乾,個人不是很愛
 整體而言,只有豆漿讓檸檬比較喜歡,其餘的表現差強人意,但每個人喜好不同,有興趣的朋友還是可以來試試

比起豆漿我更愛鹹豆漿,有點像在吃豆腐腦或是茶碗蒸的口感,

Let me tell you my experience I pretty much came here 3 days in a row. Day 1 Between 9:00am-10:00am, yes long line (around the corner of the building) waited 20-30mins you won't able to find a seat. I was lucky to share table with a couple. Day 2 Between 8:00am - 9:00am less line I was stand at the stair waited 10mins. The good thing I notice about Taiwanese Soya Bean is the smoothness in their milk drink without being too thick. The thickness is just at its right amount.

 Besides the bowl of Soya Bean Milk, the fried dough stick was something commendable. It was fragrant, light and fluffy. The crispy skin on the stick was an addiction. Furthermore, though these are fried items, they are not too greasy.

 Last but not least, a decent try of they egg crepe. Soft, naturally sweet with the eggs and scallion.

It was quite lucky that we had queued less than 30 minutes, there were many tourists, Japanese and Koreans made up a majority.

Though the WOW Factor is not very big on their food, I would say after trying their Soya Bean Milk and dough sticks, what we have at home in Singapore cannot be compared over here. How I wish we have such wonderful items back home, of course that includes the pocket friendly pricing and tasty food.
