Carbonara味道協調,好吃只是略感溫和...

如果能用少許如Pasti上桌那款鹹香強勁的鹽漬豬頰肉,說不定更具起伏,

除了蟹蟹麵之外的最大亮點,是那尾香料蛋白鹽烤午仔,

飽富肉汁的水嫩熟度,已納入改日再訪的點選名單。

壓軸沙母蟹蟹麵,澎湃的蟹肉、蟹黃、雞蛋...甜鮮與濃郁度極高,

很好吃但是易膩(適合3~4人),最後是脆皮豬肉捲和牛排的重擊,

喜好上我對咯咯(ㄎㄚㄎㄚ)脆的豬肉捲大過正常表現的牛排,

總之滿嘴脂肪時將紅酒收乾再好不過。

『A.B House 義式私房料理』是一對夫妻經營的小餐廳,男主內、女主外,感覺很好的一家餐廳。以這樣的價格來看,商業午餐也太划算了,幾乎沒賺錢吧?老闆娘說商業午餐是用來打廣告的,希望大家吃了喜歡後再訪或介紹朋友來。amy覺得這裡的料理做得很棒,從料理中能吃到老闆對食材的堅持與用心,是一家非常值得推薦的好餐廳。
