Food is great but needs queuing improvement

Line is too long. I arrived 6:30 and had to wait more than one hour. There should be a person by the line writing down the orders in advance. This would decrease the time spent at the bottleneck, which is when customers wait for the order to be picked. otherwise the food is definitely good, worth the wait.
