酸菜味道很不錯，加了不少配麵。I like the pickles here, tasty with the noodles.
跟朋友都點川味的半筋半肉的大碗，這是不辣的，牛肉跟牛筋都蠻入味的也煮得夠透徹，麵條有咬口，但湯頭個人覺得比較溫和，是有牛肉的肉香但不夠濃郁，我和朋友都這麼覺得，可能因為味道溫和，日本人會比較喜歡吧。他們喜歡這家店的口味，出了泡麵在日本賣。We both chose Sichuan soup base beef noodles, this one is non-spicy. Beef slices and beef tendons are flavorful, noodles are chewy, but the soul base to me is a bit too mild, maybe this is the reason why Japanese tourists love the beef noodles here. They have produced instant noodles selling in Japan.
這是小辣，辣度蠻夠的，是一般人也可以接受的辣度。我想如果是中辣的或者是紅燒的話可能不能吃辣的朋友會沒辦法吃。This one is with small amount of spiciness, the spiciness is mild, but I think their middle amount of spiciness would be quite strong to those who can’t take spicy.
