京鼎小館是我近期在台北吃小籠包蠻常去的餐廳。除了他們的小籠包，鮮魚蒸餃是讓我一訪再訪的原因，非常好吃。Jingding Xiaoguan is my recent favorite place in Taipei to have xiaolongbao. 蝦仁絲瓜小包 shrimp and luffa dumplings 250NT裡面的餡料非常豐沛，絲瓜沒有被蒸到軟，還有點爽硬的質感，配搭蝦仁的味道，湯汁十分鮮甜美味。
fillings inside the dumplings are very abundant, luffa was not steamed to very soft, crispy and a bit churchy in texture. With the taste of shrimp, soup is very flavorful and delicious.
鮮魚蒸餃 steamed fish dumplings 190NT魚肉細滑，鮮美十足。加上香菜提味，一點也不會腥。如果你不是討厭吃魚的話，推薦你們要來試這裡的鮮魚蒸餃。
Fish fillings are smooth and tender, besides it has aroma from coriander, delicious and not fishy at all. If you don’t hate to eat fish, recommend you to try this.
小籠湯包 Xiaolongbao with soup 280NT第一次來的時候以為這個是一般吃的小籠包 (180NT)，所以點了。湯包是以小包沾湯吃，不是不好吃，只是沒有了咬下小籠包吃出湯汁的那種感覺，個人不太喜歡，也提醒大家不要點錯喔！
If you don’t like to have dry dumplings with soup, don’t order this, choose the usual xiaolongbao (小籠包) would be better.
