特別的店名，主打，，湯頭清爽無負擔。約了香港的朋友晚餐，我們都蠻喜歡這裡的火鍋。A special named “”, , soup base is light yet delicious. 兩邊分別是和，麻辣鍋的香料跟湯頭有區隔，撈湯或撈食物的時候就不會撈到香料。兩款湯頭都屬於比較清爽，味道很夠而不是很濃郁的那一種。這裡的麻辣湯沒有鴨血和豆腐的，但食物質素很好，愛吃鴨血的我亦願意再來吃。Two sides are and . The herbs and chills are separated with the soup. The taste of the soup is not rich and strong, but flavorful and light. No duck blood and tofu for the spicy soup base but the food quality is good, I’d like to visit again even though I like eating duck blood when having spicy hotpot.
有菜甜的味道，非常特別。裡面有加蒜，不愛蒜味道的可請他們給你醬油。我很喜歡這個沾醬，沾肉沾菜都很好吃。The is made from different kinds of veggies, it has the natural sweetness from the veggies, very special. It contains garlic, if you don’t like garlic, you can ask them to give you soy sauce. I like this dipping sauce very much, very tasty for the meat and the veggies.
三款肉品質都很好。無骨牛小排肉質蠻嫩的，油花較多；溫體牛吃起來牛香更鮮更有肉甜；鹿兒島豬比較軟嫩而甘美。3 good quality meats. Short ribs are tender and marbled, sliced raw beef from Tainan is more flavorful and sweeter than the short ribs, but lack of the aroma from the fat. Berkshire pork is soft and juicy.
牛肚、牛筋及大腸。愛吃滷味的可以點來吃看看，我覺得滷味的味道跟蔬菜醬很搭。Tripe, intestines, tendon. Can try if you like having soy sauce marinated food. They are tasty to eat with the veggie dipping sauce.
有很多款蔬菜，份量超多的，我們差點吃不完。用上新鮮的有機蔬菜，是鍋底費用已包的。我們還點了冬粉但我沒有拍到照片。has different kinds of veggies. The portion is very big, we nearly couldn’t finish all. It’s included with the soup base. We ordered vermicelli too but I didn’t take the photo.
最後的都很甜，好吃。會再來的。The are sweet. 22:02 hotpot is delicious, I’ll come back again for sure.
