紅豆餡外表是有，奶油就沒有。，因為質感綿密，亦吃不到紅豆的外衣層，甜度亦剛剛好，不會過甜。餅皮算薄，顯得內餡特別多
我想奶油口味可以再甜一點，因為覺得奶油餡要甜些才會比較好吃。但香味很突出。平常吃車輪餅我都是喜歡奶油多一點，但就我的口味而言，這裡的紅豆口味比奶油好吃。The surface of the red bean cakes have black sesame. I prefer the red bean flavor because the custard is a bit lack of sweetness to me.
