台北麻辣火鍋鼎旺麻辣鍋,美味麻辣湯頭跟鴨血,雞爪更是非吃不可!是台北麻辣鍋店的另一好推介。位在大安區,捷運大安站4號出口約4分鐘步程。我去的是二店,店內裝潢比較新。Ding Wang Spicy hotpot is one of my favorite hotpot in Taipei, soup base and duck blood are delicious, don’t miss their marvellous chicken feet, so soft and flavorful! Located at Da’an District, 4 mins walk from Da’an MRT Station exit 4. I went to their 2nd restaurant, newly renovated.桌上的調味料有香醋、香油跟香菜蔥花,比較簡單。點了鴛鴦鍋,麻辣的味道突出不嗆,白湯亦美味,紅鍋鴨血跟豆腐都可以添加。台灣黃牛肉跟羊肉份量不少,亦點了豬血糕、油條跟手工綜合(花枝+鮮蝦),都是麻辣鍋的好配料。絕對不能錯過的是這裡的碎骨鳳爪,30NT一枝,菜單上沒有的
