台北金稻子東北料理是一家主打酸菜白肉鍋跟東北菜的餐廳。朋友吃過後介紹了我，也一起去吃了晚餐。酸菜白肉鍋味道很好，菜式亦有在台北比較少吃得到的風味。Jin Dao Zi Sour Cabbage Hotpot is a restaurant serving sour cabbage and pork slices hotpot. My friends recommended this place to me and we visited here for dinner together. 在吉林路上的店，捷運行天宮站約五分鐘。聽朋友說平日晚上客人很多，我去的時候是假日，人也非常多，幸好朋友先訂位。The restaurant is on Jilin Road, the station is about five minutes walk away from Xingtian Temple MRT station. They have lots of customers even at weekdays, luckily my friends ordered seats before our visit on Sunday.
左宗棠雞 General Tso’s chicken 240NT炸雞塊佐上酸甜調味料還有辣醬，不錯但沒有太特別的記憶點。
Fried chicken pieces on the sweet and sour seasoning and chili sauce, not bad but not a special dish for me.
麻辣麵 Numbing spicy noodles 80NT如果沒辦法吃一般麻辣鍋小辣的就不要點這個，麻辣香氣蠻突出的，對於能吃小辣的朋友會剛好。麵條軟硬度剛好，配料簡單，主要是吃當中的麻辣香。
If you can not eat the general spicy hotpot, don’t order this. The aroma and the spiciness from Sichuan pepper and chili are quite strong. I like the chewiness of the noodles and the scent from Sichuan pepper.
東北大拉皮 cold bean jelly sheet 200NT 拉皮爽口，加上豆芽、蘿蔔跟黃瓜絲，吃得舒爽的食材。以為調味會以醋為主但又沒有想像中的酸。
Refreshing cold bean jelly sheet with bean sprouts, radish and cucumber. A light cold dish. The sauce is mixed with soy sauce and vinegar, not as sour as I thought.
水餃 Dumplings 8NT 一粒 per piece 裡面的餡料是酸菜豬肉，酸菜不會太酸，微酸的清爽加上豬肉，水餃皮比一般的Q彈，也比較厚一點，但也不錯吃。
The fillings are sour cabbage and minced pork. Tasty sour cabbage goes well with pork. Dumpling skin is more bounced and a bit thicker than the usual ones.
鍋包肉 Fried Pork in Scoop 280NT
把豬里脊肉醃好，裹上炸漿炸好，再下鍋拌炒勾芡而成。肉外酥內嫩，勾芡是酸甜味道，特別的一道東北菜，值得一試。
Pork tenderloin with starch paste and fry until golden, then mixed with sweet and sour sauce. It’s an authentic Northeast China cuisine, worth trying.
酸菜白肉鍋 (小) Sour cabbage pork slices hotpot (small) 680NT因為有其他菜，所以點了小鍋。白肉片吸了湯頭的酸菜香，很涮嘴。酸菜不死酸，湯頭鮮酸有緻，越吃越開胃。其他配料有金針、鴨血、凍豆腐、蝦子跟肉丸子，都吸滿了湯頭的好味道，我很喜歡。
As we have other dishes, we ordered small size for this. Pork slices taste good because of the delicious soup base with pickled cabbage. Sour cabbage here has natural and pleasant sourness. Other ingredients inside the pot are dried lilies, duck blood, frozen tofu, shrimp with meatballs, are absorbed flavorful soup, I like this hotpot a lot.
最後老闆娘還送我們拔絲炸麵餅，特別又好吃。為了他們的酸菜白肉鍋，我會想再訪呢！The nice lady boss let us to try deep fried dough with maltose, very delicious and special. For their sour cabbage pork slices hotpot, I would definitely want to visit here again!
