鹽埕區有名老店美食鴨肉珍，喜愛這裡的鴨肉飯跟下水湯。開店至今已經六十多年人潮還是多，用餐時間特別多人。Duck Zhen is one of my favourite eatery in Kaohsiung, I like their duck rice and soup.下水湯 Duck gizzard and liver soup 湯頭不是隨便的做，用了鴨骨頭煮上一段長時間，喝起來很夠味道，下水內容有鴨腸、鴨胗跟鴨肝，都是新鮮食材，值得點一下他們放湯的選項。Their soup is tasty, using duck bones to cook for a long time. 下水湯 Duck gizzard and liver soup
湯頭不是隨便的做，用了鴨骨頭煮上一段長時間，喝起來很夠味道，下水內容有鴨腸、鴨胗跟鴨肝，都是新鮮食材，值得點一下他們放湯的選項。

鴨腿肉 Duck leg
可以選你要的鴨肉份量，一隻、半隻、1/4都沒問題，我一個人就吃一隻鴨腿就好。肉質有彈性，沾他們調的沾醬會更好吃。
You can choose the portion like a whole duck, half or a quarter. I ate alone so I ordered a duck leg. I like to eat with their homemade dipping sauce.
鴨肉飯 duck with braised pork rice
這裡有鴨肉飯跟肉燥飯可選，選鴨肉飯能同時吃到鴨肉跟肉燥，肉燥用的是肥肉，油而不膩，味道亦好，是南部比較甜的調味。
They have braised pork rice and duck with braised pork rice. You can try the meaty part of the pork and the fats that lend a melt-in-the-mouth texture at the same time, delicious.
