朋友他很推薦貝氏邏輯的蛋糕,覺得製作認真,好吃亦不貴,所以跟台灣朋友見面時,約了這裏吃個下午茶。My friend Banbi recommends this place to me, she likes this place because the desserts are nice and not expensive. 這裡有很多中國茶葉,所以我們都點中國茶來喝,不限回沖次數,以中國茶可以配西式甜點感覺很不錯。
They have quite a lot of Chinese tea leaves to choose, good to have cakes with Chinese tea, the aroma of Oolong tea is nice to match with the desserts. 這裏的套餐很划算,單人套餐199NT,有一份少點、一份飲料和一件甜點,我們那次有五個人,所以點了兩份雙人套餐,內容是甜點 X 3、飲料 x 2、小點 x2,499NT。
A good bargain for having dessert, single set NT 199 with one dessert, one pastry and one drink. 2 people set 499NT, with 3 desserts, 2 pastries and 2 drinks. 兩款小點有蛋捲和起司小蛋糕,都不錯吃,店員還細心地把點心分做五份。
Two pastries are mini cake rolls and mini cheesecakes. All are good in quality. 草莓塔 Straberry Tart
草莓塔的草莓很大顆,佔了塔的大部份,非常真材實料,塔皮不會太硬太厚,中間只有一些草莓奶油。草莓夠甜不酸,喜歡草莓的不要錯過。
Strawberry fruits are the main portion of the tart, not much strawberry cream. Flavorful strawberry taste. 慾望絲絨 Chocolate mousse with Cointreau
以香橙酒混入香滑的巧克力慕斯,香橙酒味道不會太重或起來味道很假,很不錯。裏面除了無私,還有蛋糕,外面還有巧克力淋面三重奏
Perfect combination of Cointreau and chocolate mousse. Besides chocolate mousse, inside it has chocolate cake and chocolate surface outside. 香檸塔 Lemon Tart
酸味偏重,醒胃的檸檬香,裏面的卡士達醬香滑好吃。
The sourness is obvious, tasty lemon scent from the lemon custard. 草莓千層 Strawberry Mille-Feuille
千層不是很酥化的那一種,看起來好像很硬但其實不會,配以裡面的草莓和卡士達,還帶有淡淡的奶油香,這個也做得好。
The Mille feuille is not the flaky one, but still crispy and full of butter scent, delicious to have this Mille feuille with strawberries slices and custard. 貝氏焦糖 Caramel mousse
也是做成三重奏的一款甜點,中間有濃布丁 和焦糖慕絲,焦糖的味道很突出,但絕對不會太甜,焦糖淋面做得很漂亮呢!
Inside it has pudding and caramel mousse, outside it has caramel surface, if you love caramel you will enjoy this, full of caramel aroma. 蜂蜜生乳卷 Honey and milk cake roll
且生於卷是我最喜歡的一道,他們的蛋捲質感綿密,焦糖堅果在上面,為這蛋捲提了不少香味。蜂蜜蛋糕加上鮮奶油,做成蛋捲,不花巧的味道,卻是我喜歡的。
On top there is caramel nuts to enhance the aroma and taste of the cake roll, simple sweetness from honey cake and fresh cream, the texture is soft and fluffy, this is my most favorite dessert of that day.
