去年寫了台北的黑點雞肉 (),當時去的是路邊攤,錯過了他們的店面。隔了一年多,晚餐想吃雞肉飯,想起了這裡,便前往他們的店,重溫他們美味的新鮮雞肉和滷糖心蛋。I like the chicken rice at a street stand – Heidian Chicken Taipei, cheap but tasty. 雞肉 Chicken (約200NT around 200NT)

確實的價格我忘記了,圖中這一碟大約200台幣,主要原因是因為我想吃雞腿肉,店員才建議要大盤一點的。肉質不是非常軟嫩滑溜,吃起來有點彈性的,雞皮也是非常Q彈,新鮮雞肉會有的質感。最重要的事我覺得雞肉有濃郁的肉香,是吃完會有回甘的那種味道,這是一般冰鮮雞所欠缺的。

Taiwan is a good place for fresh chicken. Meat texture is bouncy and full of chicken natural umami, which really worth trying. Nowadays in HK, Singapore, or many western countries. It’s really hard to find fresh chicken used in daily cuisine.

雞油飯 Chicken soup and oil rice (15NT)

這裡的雞油飯很富雞香,吃起來其實不會油,光吃飯也很夠味道。

Flavorful rice cooked with chicken soup and oil, not oily at all but very aromatic.

滷蛋 Soy braised eggs (30NT)

一定要點這裡的滷蛋,他們做的可是糖心蛋!自上次來吃之後一直念念不忘,因為他們用的雞蛋是鴨蛋,蛋黃吃起來一點都不會腥,蛋黃香濃好吃,但這次吃的滷水味道沒有上次的那麼重,我還是比較喜歡上次吃到的滷蛋。

Their soy braised eggs are half boiled eggs, I love their gooey egg yolks, very delicious!
