W台北酒店的紫艷中餐廳做的新派粵菜一直都是高水準,一大班人或是一個人都可在這大啖美味的廣東菜。都市傳說這裡的套餐吃不飽,吃過後可以告訴你並不是,我吃得夠飽哈哈。 YEN at W Taipei serves creative and high quality “New Chinese Cuisine”, even if visiting alone can still try their dishes. Heard that their portion of set meals are small, but I’ve tried and I was full after lunch.

 

 

 
這次是我自己一個人去吃午餐,選了他們的1180NT商業午餐。紫色的主色調高雅漂亮,亦是我最喜歡的顏色呢!尤其喜愛紫筷子。 I visited alone for lunch, tried their 1180NT business lunch. Love their purple tone main theme, especially their purple chopsticks.

 
小吃是洛神花乾,酸甜口味幫助生津開胃。 Sweet and sour dried roselle as appetizer.

 
寶島野菌餃 、潮州蒸粉粿 、魚籽蒸燒賣 Formosa mushroom dumpling, Steamed dumpling with peanuts, dried daikon radish and pork Steamed fish roe siew mai 做得細緻的三款點心,寶島野菌餃蠻特別的,在香港比較少吃得到野菌餃。 Delicate dim sum. Formosa mushroom dumpling is the most special one, rarely find wild mushroom dumplings in HK.

 
港式老火煲例湯 Yen’s soup of the day 喝得開懷的老火湯,當天嚐到的是佛手瓜雞爪豬骨湯,溫潤的湯頭很有家的味道。 Chayote soup with chicken feet and pork bone, homey and tasty Chinese soup.

 
乾燒醬爆深海虎蝦球 Seared tiger prawns, soy bean paste 爽鮮的蝦球配上豆瓣醬,惹味香口,屬比較重口味的一道。 A flavorful savory main dish, fresh prawns taste nice with soybean paste.

 
田園濃湯杞子泡時蔬 Poached seasonal greens with wolfberries in supreme chicken broth 濃味的蝦球後有清甜的雞高湯杞子泡莧菜,看起來很少但份量其實蠻多的。 After a flavorful prawns, I have this rich chicken broth and wolfberries with Chinese spinach. It looks small in portion but actually it’s quite a lot.

 
南瓜雪葩西米露、鬆化酥皮蛋塔 Sweetened pumpkin soup with sago, coconut cream and sorbet Creamy egg tart 西米露加上南瓜雪葩本身的甜度,清涼不膩。蛋塔皮做得酥香好吃。 Light dessert with natural sweetness from pumpkin. I like the egg tart crust, fluffy and buttery.

 
主廚精選合時水果盤 Fresh fruit platter 吃完整頓午餐很剛好,不會覺得不夠,味道上比較清爽,不會太重負擔。下次有機會的話會跟朋友來吃多一些點心。 The portion of this lunch is just right, enough for me and didn’t feel too full afterwards. Will come again and try more dim sum with friends.

高雄冰屋是一家做日式刨冰的店,喜歡這裡的抹茶刨冰和新款百香果刨冰。在台灣南部比較多時間適合吃冰,因為天氣也真的太熱了。 Kaohsiung Ice House is a place for Japanese shaved ice (kakigori). I like their matcha and passion fruit kakigori. At southern Taiwan the weather is always hot, suitable to have ice desserts.

 

 
朋友喜歡這裡的鐵觀音茶跟東方美人茶糖漿,但這次沒有吃到。試了他們兩款冰品,一款是很受歡迎的季節限定,一款是新出品。 My friend likes the tea syrup here but this time I didn’t try. I ordered 2 ice, one is a popular limited flavor, another one is a new flavor.

 
小山圓聖誕樹 “Christmas Tree” 160NT 聖誕節已過了很久,但因草莓還是有不少好的來貨,就一直供應,我想在五月到十一月應該吃不到這一款。刨冰質感很細很綿,我喜歡這樣的質感,在台灣比較少這種綿密的日式刨冰。抹茶味道甘香突出,草莓亦甜,但我這份的刨冰賣相有點差,有點歪掉。 April is obviously not a Christmas time but due to good strawberries are still available, they still have this flavor. They don’t have this during May to November. The texture of the shaved ice is very fine and smooth, I like this kind of texture a lot. Matcha is flavorful and strawberries are sweet. However, the presentation of my shaved ice is imperfect.

 

 
優格果物冰 Passion fruit and yogurt ice 130NT 他們的新品,把黑蜜+100%百香果原汁去籽小火慢熬,酸甜香氣吃得甚是滋味,上面的優格帶點鹹,味道很特別。冰的裡面有草莓口味的明治冰淇淋,質感和味道上都很豐富。 Their new flavor, using the cooked syrup from 100% passion fruit juice with brown sugar, nice fragrance with adequate sourness and sweetness. On top it has yogurt with a bit savory taste, a special match with the shaved ice. Inside it has strawberry icecream, rich texture and taste of this new item.

隱身在西面町巷弄的萬國酸菜麵,愛吃酸菜的朋友要來,平凡的酸菜麵真的美味,值得前來一吃。 Wan Guo Sauerkraut Noodles is a small eatery inside Ximending. If you like sauerkraut (to me I’d like to call the food as Taiwanese pickles), you have to try, for their tasty noodles this place worth a visit.

 

 
坦白說他們的用餐環境非常舊,對我來說有點不太能接受呢…但!是!吃過他們的麵,我絕對可以無視他們的環境,沉醉在品嚐酸菜麵的好時光。但如果你本身對酸菜沒有太大喜好,就可以不用來。 To be honest the environment is very old-fashioned, for me I don’t like the environment and atmosphere inside. But I like their noodles very much, I could just ignore the surroundings and enjoyed my noodles. If you don’t like Taiwanese pickles, you don’t have to try.

平凡無奇的酸菜麵,但當中的酸菜味道恰到好處,順喉的大骨湯滲了絲絲的酸菜香,越喝越有味道。麵條是我喜歡的陽春麵,軟硬度剛好,加上美味的煎蛋,即使放湯亦能吃到煎蛋的焦香,蛋黃拌著麵條非常好吃!這次是想喝湯,我想點乾麵味道會更棒。 Noodles look nothing special, but the sourness of the Taiwanese pickles are nice and pleasant. Soup base is made from pork bone, with a slightly fragrance of the pickles, keeps me want to taste more. Noodles has its own chewiness, the fried egg went very well with the noodles. This time I want to have soup, I think their dried noodles should be tastier.

高雄早餐TowZa 1989是用粉漿去做的蛋餅,古早味加上創意的蛋餅早餐,在三民區的建興路上,不靠近捷運,但市中心有蠻多公車到樹德家商站或大順路口站。TowZa是台語透早的意思。 Kaohsiung breakfast TowZa use batter to make Taiwanese omelet, it’s a traditional way to make the breakfast yet adding their own creative flavours. The place is on Jiansin Road, Sanmin District, not close to MRT stations but you can find bus easily to arrive Shu De Economics and Commercial High School stop or Da Shun Intersection stop. TowZa is the pronunciation of Taiwanese “early morning”.

 

 
可愛的瓶子裝醬油膏跟辣醬,古早紅茶 (中 15NT) 甜度不高,我蠻喜歡的。 The bottles for soy paste and chili sauce are cute. Taiwanese black tea (M 15NT) is not too sweet, I quite enjoy it.

 

 
可魯的火腿蛋餅 40NT (加起司 10NT) Taiwanese omelet with ham (add cheese) 想吃火腿又想吃起司,就點了這個組合。蛋餅皮吃起來比較鬆軟,但因為煎過,表皮是脆的。裡面的火腿很大一片,起司亦多,下次應該要吃他們的肉醬起司口味。點他們的辣醬更好吃,不會很辣。 Want to have ham and cheese, so I ordered this combination. The omelet skin is fluffy with the crispy surface. Ham slices are large, with quite a lot of cheese too. Next time I should try their ragu cheese flavor, should be tastier. Try their chili sauce, not too spicy and tastes good.

 

大阪燒蛋餅 50NT okonomiyaki style Taiwanese omelet 味道又真的跟一般的大阪燒蠻相像的,就是因為加上燒醬跟美乃滋的關係吧。蛋餅裡有加高麗菜,很不錯。 Taste similar with the real okonomiyaki, probably because it has okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise. Inside omelet it has cabbage, quite tasty.

這次是我真真正正去宜蘭玩, 玩了一整天. 之前去宜蘭只去了冬山河公園, 夜市也沒有去過

先介紹的不是當地的景點美食, 而是伴手禮~! 因為很好吃, 想先介紹

而且如果不是去宜蘭的話也可以先訂, 再請他們送到你住的飯店~

 
謝謝友人的介紹, 要不然我這次應該會去奕順軒買伴手禮~ 留待下次去吧

 
這家店位於羅東, 如果去羅東夜市的話就一定可以去到, 因為他就在羅東夜市的附近. 在礁溪也有分店的~

 
 除了奶凍捲, 還有蛋糕跟宜蘭餅買~ 不過考慮到要拿回香港, 就沒有試太多產品了

 

 

 

 
去買之前有先做一下功課, 看看其他台灣人說有甚麼口味好吃的

他們都說芋泥奶凍捲要比香帥的好吃! 就買了試試

香芋味道也真的很濃郁, 但香帥的也是好吃呀, 我覺得就是差不多~

所以愛香芋的人可以買這款來吃, 芋頭的味道很香, 切了一片吃完還會想繼續吃…

不過保存期就真的只有3天, 因為買完過了5天之後想給朋友試吃都已經變壞了

 

 
芒果奶凍也是好吃~! 是龍五嫂介紹我去買的, 芒果奶凍味道天然, 配著軟綿的蛋糕很好吃

雖然是沒有芒果肉, 但吃起來仍是很滿足.這兩款到是150NT一條~

 
除了奶凍捲, 也有宜蘭餅賣呢. 個人推薦宜蘭特有的三星蔥跟海苔口味

脆身的餅, 不算薄喔, 蔥味很香, 而且說真的一包不多, 所以一個人很快就會吃完…

去羅東夜市前或到礁溪可以去買他們的產品作伴手禮喔, 去他們的網站看看吧~ 如果可以也可以請他們宅配的
