老大向來對港式料理有愛,因此明皇樓的港式料理吃到飽一直是個選項,儘管曾見板友們不甚高的評價,還是決定找機會試試。平日晚上人潮不多,用起餐來悠閒些。這裡可選擇單點和吃到飽兩種用餐模式,選了後者。吃到飽平日價位為558元加一成服務費。茶水費30元另計,有幾種茶款,挑了普洱,佐餐正合。金牌叉燒酥的酥皮層次普通,叉燒餡飽滿度一般。雞同鴨講是薑黃滷雞及紅油鴨掌拼盤。鴨掌彈脆,紅油存在感低;滷雞類似平時吃的港式燒臘油雞,只是味淺。流沙包會爆漿請小心,軟嫩外皮搭甜香內餡挺好。水晶鮮蝦餃個頭有點小,外皮口感平平,餡料能明顯嚐到蝦肉,滋味尚可。咕嚕肉的調味稍缺,無甚特色。魚翅餃個人很愛,肉餡彈牙飽滿。蛤蜊鮮燒賣同樣很棒,餡料帶點淡淡蛤蜊鮮。脆皮叉燒包就是把一般叉燒包外皮換成菠蘿麵包款,因此多份酥和甜,叉燒餡亦有甜度,不嗜甜者需留意。魚香班指是指豬大腸,味道比較像蠔油紅燒,大腸軟嫩無臊。水煮魚片用海鱺魚,肉質滑彈,但想像中的麻辣香有點缺。蒜蓉蒸生蠔的蒜香濃郁,生蠔個頭不大,平素不敢吃生蠔者倒可試試。芋香鬆肉自己和老大都吃不消,五花肉肥處膩口,芋頭雖燜得鬆軟綿,但吸了重鹹醬汁,不下飯有點難以食用。紅豆糕有

干鍋蝦和之前在高雄吃到的干鍋鴨滋味有別,干鍋香氣和辛香料

的迷人處都未呈現,有點可惜。宮保雞丁勾芡略重,爆炒的鑊氣不足

,辣香亦少。蝦巢芋頭餃外層薄酥,內裡有芋頭、豬肉及蝦米的鹹香

,滋味不差。蒸鳳爪軟爛易食稍油,但香氣重於膩感。梅汁蒸排骨肉

質彈,亦能嚐得淡淡梅香。

一路吃來,明皇樓的料理未樣樣精彩。以自己喜好來說,港點類

表現勝於熱炒。平日吃到飽價位尚可,至於假日價的接受度多半就因

人而異了。
