去年底可可揪我來吃嘉平Chef監製的特別餐,害我吃到忍不住起立鼓掌👏,這次請我敬愛的mi董幫忙約了一局餐會,不浮誇(?)的說,有幾道好吃得亂七八糟🤣,而且絕對吃得飽,真正實吃又不貴,和平時去solo吃制式的料理蠻不同就是。Chef從西班牙回來後整套菜色不少是西班牙料理,對於番茄~我並沒有特別的愛或不愛,但頭盤那片孤零零的番茄厚實清甜,用簡單的佐料襯托就很可口開胃,南瓜肉球炸披薩有夠好吃,麵皮膨鬆香脆(不堅韌)、南瓜很甜~~再來是兩道沙拉,主要一提此黑鮪魚罐頭非一般海底雞可比,威尼斯蘆筍冷盤這次是綠的,但品質很好~較上次纖維感還更細,這是用切碎的蛋與橄欖油,偏酸的調味與蘆筍之甜形成爽口對比,流心西班牙烘蛋的鹽量、以及馬鈴薯片的柔軟和甜味都很棒,羅馬鐵板披薩是一種方披薩,偏厚但並不過於扎實,麵糰的香氣與豬五花搭得極好,這鹹鮮一吃就愛上!下酒~(但這場沒喝..),最近巡了幾家如CURA、旋轉、老烤箱、pizzaround...但這次solo的兩款pizza印象甚至更強烈,西班牙海鮮飯也是吃得點頭如搗蒜,和上次沒什麼區別,風味濃郁、鍋巴有夠香,超薄片瑞可佛卡夏是爽度衝擊的料理,一定要趁熱吃~~
