晶華軒的蟹宴在年底火了一陣子,有朋友辦了好幾場但我沒跟到,總算隨團長上了末班車,雖然蟹宴已經結束,但明年想必延續受好評的菜色、或者推陳出新,整體來說都好吃無雷,尤其生拆膏蟹麻婆豆腐真的要給第一名,明顯刻意降低了麻度辣度(維持在有感而不過強),蟹肉風味其實融合得很好、很豐滿,原本想像蟹味可能被麻辣給壓過,顯然沒這麼膚淺,加上老香港咖哩蟹就可以吃好幾碗飯了,明年蟹宴務必要再參與啊~🙏(泡椒鳳爪)以重口味的我來說這算輕盈的。(蜜汁核桃)這好吃😋,春酒時就外帶過了。(溏心蛋醉蟹粉)顧名思義的開胃小點,上面放的蟹粉量還算濃。(蜜汁叉燒)有進化,不只多了燻香味,這次覺得連肉汁充盈的感覺都很明顯。(蟹粉小籠包)用料就該像這樣實在呀!蟹味扎實。😇(蟹肉春捲)薄酥空氣感的炸法,蟹肉餡用奶油白醬去調,但絕非膩口型。(蘿蔔絲酥餅)覺得比之前的經驗好,遇過外皮油味較重的情況,顯然當天頗為完美,推推~😇(港式麻香蔥油餅)以前就喜歡的項目,這次感覺油炸的時間較長?味道變得更像銀絲卷了。🫠(松葉蟹二吃: 蛋白花雕蒸、腸粉)雖說是不錯,但蒸蛋還算常見做法,表現落在一定水準,蟹肉腸粉有包入脆米網,採用腸粉感覺上與蟹肉的

雖說是不錯,但蒸蛋還算常見做法,表現落在一定水準,蟹肉腸粉有包入脆米網,

採用腸粉感覺上與蟹肉的match程度還行,我個人吃過即可,這裡出的蟹類點心我最喜歡小籠包。

(枝竹羊腩煲)

這餐除了麻婆豆腐之外的大愛😍,聽說羊腩煲很少出,

食材或者醬汁都很好(枝竹等級應該不錯,香又厚實),

羊腩入味,口感、氣味實在令人無話說,唯價格很高,8個人每人分1碗+1塊肉。

(老香港咖哩蟹)

用油咖哩和印度咖哩等調製,上桌前還會加熱並淋上新鮮東南亞椰肉漿,

香料味來說不算強,但依然蠻下飯的,蟹螯肉超大又好吃,熟度ok。

皮削掉、也去掉較硬的葉子,僅保留最嫩的部分,這樣呈現非常美。
