多年前有段時間蠻常去吃海鮮熱炒,可能吃得不夠多,覺得手藝範圍大概就落在那裡,比較喜歡的店通常是食材本身就不錯(EX:基隆安一五郎),這次來試台北最知名熱炒之一的先進,豬肝確實蠻優秀的,應該要直接點兩份,其餘菜色大概就是"煎豬肝與它的快樂夥伴"那種感覺~~梅香筊白筍)(蚵嗲,就香菇釀肉的概念,不用想多,至少炸得不差~juicy)(燙沙蝦,甜度還好)(鹽酥田雞)(炒A菜)(煎豬肝,不論熟度或氣味調味,都是上選~!)(酸菜鴨腸)(鹽酥烏魚腱,還行~至少咬起來有脆,不乾硬)(炒烏魚膘,ok~還是懷念的,功力的差異)(紅糟肉,這火候不行~焦味偏重)(飯後水果)
