照片記錄:柱候醬燜牛肋骨380、生拆蟹肉栗米羹380、點心三樣870。隔了半年二訪,這次我一個人中午過來主要是吃吃點心,裡頭最喜歡港式麻香蔥油餅,一上桌香氣就很重、引人食慾,是來自於外層的薄薄炸脆皮,內裡潤澤蔥甜,口感更像是細緻版的銀絲捲,第二順位給牛肋骨,該柔嫩的部分柔嫩,該化的筋就化開,風味濃厚。(洗臉盆造型~~)(拿到一張品蟹宴菜單,下篇三訪會提...,這次則點了鱈蟹如意餃)(鱈蟹如意餃,Q黏度適宜的竹炭皮,內餡較像蝦蟹混合,整體屬預期之內)(港式麻香蔥油餅,吃後覺得是必點款)(瑤柱竹笙灌湯餃,湯頭應為雞湯,餡料是海鮮蕈菇、蠻鮮美的,沾醋吃也挺好)(柱候醬燜牛肋骨,以味道、份量對比價格,很可以)(生拆蟹肉栗米羹,蟹肉有感,可視作好喝的玉米羹湯)
