朋友難得返台,想吃點中菜

發現湘園好像倒了…儂來無法刷卡

最後靠google map來到林森北路上的「彭園湘菜館」

地理位置還算方便,平日中午沒預約無妨

兩人用餐也可以很輕鬆!

一踏進去彭園,服務阿姨還蠻親切招呼

吃到一半也會詢問是否需要加點?夠吃嗎等

老牌菜的餐館果然在服務上就是多了一些人情味啊

入座後點餐,餐後結帳,意外還有水果一份

應該沒特別限制用餐時間

最後點了三樣菜跟兩碗飯,閒聊這段期間工作的日子

吃飯就是要輕鬆不是嘛?

[雙冬 Fried bamboo shoots with mushrooms]

蠔油燴冬筍、冬菇以及豌豆苗

勾芡稍微有點不平均但是整體味道不會太鹹

冬菇的肉質飽滿多汁,還不錯

筍子也不會苦口,口感不賴很清爽

[豆乾肉絲 Dry bean cord and sliced pork]

青蔥、辣椒、豆干與肉絲

醬油味稍微有點過,所以吃起來相對平淡無奇

比較沒有所謂的亮點,還是說豆乾肉絲就醬子?

稍微有點油膩,配飯是明智的選擇啊!

ps. 老蝦平常就吃少油膩,所以口味上見仁見智囉

[左宗棠雞 General Tso’s Chicken]

一道菜能夠躍上大螢幕真的不容易

這也是朋友想來彭園試試左宗棠雞的主要原因

例如李安導演的推手、喜宴,都曾出現過左宗棠雞的蹤影

雞腿去骨切丁、加辣椒、油炸後

拌上醬油、醋、蒜頭、薑蔥等再淋上麻油

就成為這清末湘均左宗棠最愛吃的一道炒雞塊啦

ps. 就是炸過那雞皮酥脆的口感最讓人難以招架

雞塊個頭大,得咬上兩口左右才能吞下

但即便如此肉質也沒過老,相當厲害,醋的味道強烈

跟所謂的宮保雞丁就是不同個味兒,沒話說,不錯吃

環境:氣氛輕鬆舒適,服務人員親切勤快

菜色:湘菜很有意思,平日中午生意不錯

再訪:桌菜、長輩喜愛會考慮

適合:懷念老牌中菜的你,不介意有點油膩這樣
