用了所謂紹興上湯就只是留一點紹興餘香而已,

秀珍菇乍吃還以為烘乾的,讓我憶起人和園的招牌煸香菇,

竹龍蝦滋味也是濃郁,總之是一個平衡好吃的作品。

刻意提高熟度使A5降低油膩感,

牛骨醬、蒜味美乃滋與黑松露都是好搭配,無驚喜但是美味,

這次完全交付阿皓信任出餐,比初訪吃得更加便宜且美味,除了蹄筋上湯好像是新菜,其他應該都得心應手,每一道皆具水準,在sauce搭配方面依舊是最亮眼的。(煎生蠔)起司泡泡的輔佐,在生蠔蘊含的鐵質風味上真的合拍。(南非鮑魚)苦艾酒奶油、牛汁,上次最喜歡的sauce再次出現,改用鬆軟吸湯的布里歐,契合度更高。(煎紅喉)主食材都料理得很好味就不多提,特別關注甘美的燜煎蘿蔔與山椒醬油的鮮氣。(煎起司)也是最愛之一,下酒好物。(錦繡龍蝦/煎雞皮)絲毫不輸初訪的藍龍蝦、彈牙鮮甜,雞皮一樣脆但是更大片咬感更爽,完熟番茄蝦湯提味取其香。(蹄筋/干貝/上湯/豆芽菜)有中菜魂,上湯濃厚度足夠了。(生菜沙拉)(宮崎A5和牛/馬鈴薯千層)回想起疫情時的便當,不論是和牛還是千層,打理得真好。(和牛炒飯)炒一點辣,不錯~~❤(辣炒牛筋肉)邊角肉最後出給我們下酒用的,不需多說當然是好物(看照片即可)。(龍蝦味噌湯)(流沙牛舌餅&飯後咖啡)😘
