照片記錄:2,080/人。(汗~😓)竟是第一次試正規餐,結帳大約2.3k,原來也出了10道左右,沒吃過的朋友覺得以這樣的水準及內容來看C/P不錯,純以料理,我不確定是心理因素或技術關係,還是喜歡阿皓在的時候(本次非阿皓的檯),但僅以此價位表現仍是很可以阿~(安排在店右方包廂空間,但維持原價,原包廂的低消是23,000,可坐8人)(松葉蟹蒸蛋)(午仔/冬瓜泥/照燒醬油)(昆布蒸南非鮑/紅酒松露醬/苦艾酒奶油+布里歐)(北海道煎干貝/玉米四重奏,有幾道皆維持在我上次的印象)(澳洲水姑娘/茴香酒醬+薄脆雞皮)(鐵板鼎邊銼,湯變濃了、風味整個升級)(和牛/馬鈴薯千層/蒜味美奶滋,熟度跑了,本說要重上一份但我們覺得也還ok就不用了~)(湯、炒飯、煎起士蛋糕/香蕉、甜點)本次經驗:(好在~已訂5月阿皓的包廂場)
