照片記錄:這餐帶有一點特權...看看就好。🤔自從防疫期間吃了will的便當,對阿皓的技術頗具信心,這次朋友生日相約,我特地滷了"家傳豬腳"到那邊弄個豬腳麵線,挺喜歡阿皓這餐調製的醬汁,有法餐風味,不過整體呈現的確有美中不足的地方,我們決定11月再來試一次。(特別碩大肥美的南非鮑,用昆布鐵板蒸,苦艾酒奶油調製的sauce極佳)(廣島生蠔、荷蘭醬、蛋酥、蝦夷蔥苗)(水針魚捲、白酒蛤蜊醬,捲了豬背脂和鯛魚塊,增添油滑,本身嫩度也可以)(雞汁干貝、白綠花椰醬,用巴薩米克醋和榛果油調出有層次的風味)(藍龍蝦鉗沙拉、柳橙晶凍,蝦肉很甜美!)(完熟番茄、藍龍蝦、雞皮仙貝)(A5熟成六天老饕上蓋肉,熟成後肉味更濃郁,而且減低了和牛的膩度,我的當日第二)(煎鴨肝、紅酒松露醬,牛肉第二那第一是?鮑魚苦艾酒奶油)(真丈丸、柴魚湯,希望下次可以出別的~~)😅(龍蝦膏炒飯+魚翅mix版,可惜味淡了,口感也不如那次"便當炒飯"的強大,感覺分開處理即可)(豬腳麵線,自家製)(煎起司片,很好!鹹香下酒!)(流沙牛舌餅,這也很優)(自帶甜點:龍吟東方美人茶布丁,我吃不懂)😂
