照片記錄:兩人2,000出頭。去年的1/1我在六條通汁一喝元旦屠蘇酒~今年1/1我在好友推薦的竹北"安東"吃著牛肉麵+義式料理的奇妙體驗,也是少數在短期內二訪的餐館。Tony繼承岳父的牛肉麵湯頭,甘醇風味完勝許多知名牛肉麵館,尤其加了辣牛油後,層次既好、又不過份活潑,他則來自原彼刻,是當時最重要的外場,一些隱藏菜當然先預訂起來,碳烤章魚腳平實好味,厚切烤牛舌(前後段兩口感)忍不住再續一盤,semifreddo更是驚艷,傳承自西西里島的傳奇chef Luca。(芋頭餘韻的啤酒~)(滷牛三寶,最滿意腱子的口感表現,尤其這是最容易落到平庸的款式)  (滷豆干,算不錯的,目前吃過有驚喜的滷豆干點這裡)(燙菠菜,吃過就曉得細節處理用心)(碳烤章魚腳+romesco)😊(厚切牛舌,盤子很燙、加分)😋(牛尾紅燒牛肉麵)😋(牛小排紅燒牛肉麵&沾牛肉吃的香蒜醬)😋(加辣油更上一層次)(半凍冰糕)🥰(招待蘋果白蘭地,搭冰糕完美)本次經驗:(冰糕大加分!)
