從南部上來的大哥晚餐要去鮨安,中午就帶他來吃安東的隱藏菜,這次的絲綢起司水潤餅增加了開心果腸的佐料選項,蠻好的~將來可以多做嘗試(為了新竹式pizza),而且我們還發現醬香雞肝與烤水潤餅根本極為match,說不定Tony可考慮多放點庫存給人單點,畢竟沒有麵包阿,此外~漁夫式燉海鮮依然好吃,新出的porchetta還需再改良~這次豬皮偏硬不夠脆,不過聽我查理老弟說他前幾天又去了一次,香脆感有出來。三寶綜合滷拼絲綢起司水潤餅秘製雞肝😋+瑞穗印象Gin+水潤餅厚切炙烤牛舌櫻花蝦蛋煎,這次給兩個版本,我還是喜歡半熟的口感,烘蛋型的比較無聊呵呵鯷魚烤高麗蒜辣烏魚子義大利麵&紅牛復興起司胡椒麵,加紅牛奶36個月起司porchetta,我下次還會再給機會~漁夫式燉海鮮伊比利上蓋,終於有Bellota等級,風味好多了,以及不可不吃的奶油煎馬蹄冰糕,文藝復興Rum版本
