Was planning to walk around the night market trying out there and there, what caught my attention was this dumplings restaurant. Even walked around the the night market with variety of deliciousness, I still felt like to try out this dumpling restaurant. Signature fried dumplings were in 10 pieces. Golden sheet base facing on top already showed a good sign of crispiness. Despite each dumplings were a bit sticking each other, it was a meat based dumpling but not on the heavy side. It was not fully stuffed but just right amount of stuffing. Crispy bottom as expected with soft wrapper. It was simple but very delicious.
Small dumplings in chilli oil was in 7 pieces. Small dumplings with soft smooth wrapper. Meaty stuffing but not again too heavy. Chilli oil was very flavourful, not spicy but definitely taste the chilli. Topped with coriander.
You could go to the sauce counter to mix your own sauce especially if you are a spicy lover. You could try out their signature spicy sauce or even make it spicier.
It was a small rushy restaurant which shall leave right after finishing food. But the goodness for sure over the hassle.
