我對壽司真的是無法抗拒，素食壽司也不會說太難找，可是我的要求愈來愈高。以前就很愛迥轉壽司，想吃什麼拿什麼；想吃多少拿多少。這家在台北的「水問迥轉蔬食壽司」完全符合了我的要求：壽司。素食。迥轉式。好吃！一定要試「魚卵軍艦壽司」，看上去跟真魚卵無差，吃起來更利害，居然有魚卵的腥味！它其實是蒟蒻，外層是海藻做的 (難怪有腥味)，顏色是用辣椒調成的 (可是不會辣喔)。手工實在太利害，雖說不是所有人都喜歡那腥味，可是點來欣賞一下手工也挺值得的！杏飽菇握壽司、酥炸花枝圈、黑胡椒毛豆都非常推薦呢~I really can't resist to sushi, veg sushi is not so difficult to find, but my requirements are getting higher and higher. I really can't resist to sushi, veg sushi is not so difficult to find, but my requirements are getting higher and higher. I used to love conveyor belt sushi because you can decide what and how many you want to eat. This "Shui Wen Food Sushi" in Taipei is in full compliance with my requirements!
Be sure to try the "Fish Egg Warship Sushi". It looks like real fish eggs. It tastes even more like fish eggs because it has the fishy smell! It is actually made of konnyaku, the outer layer is made of seaweed, the color is made with spices (but not spicy). Although not everyone likes the fishy smell, it is still worthwhile to try and appreciate the handwork!
Mushroom Sushi, Deep-Fried Calamari Rings, Black Pepper Edamame Beans are very recommended as well~
