誤打誤撞來到媒體名店「六堆伙房 客家精緻麵食館」台北就有數家分店可讓大家打打牙祭身為半個客家人,一吃紅槽肉與福菜拌飯一兩個人也能品嘗客家之味,著實幸福下次一定要吃到鹹蛋絲瓜麵線Liouduei’s Hakka home style dish right hits the spot, properly seasoned, not too salty or greasy.As a half hakka member, seeking for tasty hakka dishes is one of my daily mission! As you may know, oily an salty are two stereotype in people’ mind. Therefore, please let me introduce my recently beloved restaurant, Liouduei Kitchen.ps. 拍照時已經熄燈打烊,哈哈哈說到「六堆伙房 客家精緻麵食館」某天騎車呼嘯而過錦州街意外發現這家麵館大排長龍這天加班,一整天都沒吃飯的情況下再度回到錦州街恰好趕上最後出餐時間,一屁股坐下不囉唆牆上的菜單圖片讓人口水直流是說那擂茶鍋餅怎麼跟WTO姊妹會的客家菜介紹那麼神似根本就同一家吧我想?身為電視兒童,有幸巧遇六堆伙房也是蠻幸運的我想!What they serve? Hakka stir-fry, guomao veg, peanut tofu, tofu pudding, salty egg and sponge gourd noodles, steamed taro cake (not dessert), Hakka savoury glutinous rice balls, even Leicha pancake with mochi (dessert exactly), etc. 客家碎花布的花色串穿整間餐廳視覺上還蠻熱絡,內用座位不少甚至有大圓桌兩張,一人用餐的客人挺多務必記得晚上20:45之前要衝進來才收單喔點單後,自由取餐具、小菜、餐後結帳Rice noodle soup with taro. Oh, the taro is tasted like steamed potato, sure, different flavour. The fried onion in the soup was the key!!蒜苗、大塊鬆軟芋頭、粗米粉、魚丸熱鬧的油蔥,這是客家菜準沒錯 (笑倒)先說他的份量,這樣NT98老實說還不賴料多,沒有用湯頭魚目混珠這樣粗米粉的屬於有嚼勁,搭配滑溜的魚丸以及被芋泥混濁了的鮮美湯頭瞧這芋頭的鬆軟軟外貌就曉得很好吃啊啊啊不油膩的湯頭,她依舊保有客家風味不會死鹹,冬天吃上一碗鐵定相當過癮真可惜這天鹹蛋絲瓜麵線售罄,覺得難過Deep-fried pork, one of my favoriate dishes. The pork was tender and juicy. Not that greasy and oily. Highly recommend to you.說是紅槽肉,外觀上更像兩片豬排但是從他金黃香酥的外皮來說,肯定好吃啊無骨這件事本身就大加分一百元份量算是不少你要說他貴也是些許但對老蝦來說是我願意掏錢再吃一次的美味當然如果你有更推薦的還請不吝分享XD身為排骨控,到處吃排骨紅槽肉是一定要der六堆伙房的紅槽肉肉質彈牙你瞧這肉排的斷面,媽呀很juicy誒我不保證你之後吃到的跟我一模一樣喔但當下朋友也鑑定真的好吃,高麗菜絲也沒有土味油炸的酥脆外皮,冷著吃也好好吃Rice bowl with pickled vegetable and salty pork. Take it easy, this pickled vegetable was not like the pickle cucumber or some pickle of Japanese style. The key point is the marinated salty pork (not that salty I promised). Yummy!!!身為半個客家人,看到福菜腦波就很弱搭配鹹豬肉拌飯,對不起我就要打開荷包掏錢了這盆拌飯很適合兩到三人一起瓜分再搭配一點醃辣蘿蔔以及涼拌桂竹筍,好吃如果你覺得他鹹豬肉很鹹,就大錯特錯啦六堆伙房的鹹豬肉調味算清淡說是拌飯,感覺更像是炒飯,加上許多蔥花雖然更期待熱呼呼的冒煙,還是不要太挑惕每一口都吃得到鹹豬肉,真材實料福菜的味道已經被鹹豬肉沖淡調味相對溫和,配辣蘿蔔很好吃尤其是肉的甜味會被帶出來預算:無低消,NT100+環境:服務態度不錯菜色:客家創意佐懷舊,份量足不錯吃再訪:100% 想試擂茶鍋餅/鹹蛋絲瓜麵線適合:孤獨美食家朵頤客家料理Shrimp^2不負責任的人生紀錄 http://shrimp2.pixnet.net/blog 繼續閱讀
