Chose to come here for a pre-interview lunch and ordered the tomato and vegetable pasta set with salad and a latte. The latte came first quickly followed by the salad. I eyed my partner's cream-topped drink with envy but luckily my latte was pretty good, smooth and a little bitter without being either too milky or too acidic. The latte came first quickly followed by the salad. I eyed my partner's cream-topped drink with envy but luckily my latte was pretty good, smooth and a little bitter without being either too milky or too acidic. The salad was good too, fresh vegetables with a herby vinaigrette and several satisfyingly tasty roasted nuts.

The main dish was pretty much on a par with similar dishes, the sauce was mostly comprised of just tomatoes without the sweetness you often get from adding sautéed onions or garlic but it wasn't too watery and the pasta was nicely cooked too, not too soft. Being British I would have added a generous serving of grated cheddar to make it great.
