Second time to this place. I have to say the food is good as usual and the portions were rather amazing. I can still name the dishes that I really enjoyed - hairy crab with caviar, fatty tuna with black truffles, cod fish tempura, tomago ... Thanks to chef 技安 we've had one of the most amazing Japanese food outside Japan. This is my second time to this place and the quality of their produce has been consistently good.
