吉兆割烹壽司 KITCHO (大安區)

Second time to this place. I have to say the food is good as usual and the portions were rather amazing. I can still name the dishes that I really enjoyed - hairy crab with caviar, fatty tuna with black truffles, cod fish tempura, tomago roll, 3 in 1 sushi. I enjoyed it very much. I don't think I can get anything like this in HK with that price. This is like half the price of what a HK Japanese sushi place would charge me.

Too bad the environment of the place is too packed thus the gentlemen who were drinking beside me was too noisy and ruined the mood. That's a minus to the place

魚道生 (大安區)

Thanks to chef 技安 we've had one of the most amazing Japanese food outside Japan. This is my second time to this place and the quality of their produce has been consistently good.

All the food was very fresh and the overall dinning experience was very pleasent. I like the overall presentation of this place as everything was very clean and neat. The sushi served certainly represented the effort of the chef and the cut on the fish showed very nice knife work.

I like this place very much. Even for a person like me who's not the biggest raw fish or sashima fan I found the food very approachable. I certainly will come again.
