高雄甜點先生sensei的千層每天很快完售,今年二月初開幕,是冰屋的姊妹店。千層蛋糕做得很不錯,店內每天有四款千層蛋糕,口味會不定期更換,來的時候綜合水果口味已經沒有了。Kaohsiung Sensei is a dessert place for Mille feuille, the cakes sold out quickly especially during weekends. They have 4 flavours Mille feuille everyday, varies by seasonal fruits. Mixed fruits flavor were sold out when I arrived last time. 抹茶草莓千層 Matcha strawberry Mille Feuille 150NT
我來的時候還有草莓,夏天不是草莓季,他們會做莓果果醬千層也有芒果千層。千層的皮濕潤可口,抹茶粉的甘味蠻搭鮮奶油的綿密奶香及草莓的清爽果甜。
