半筋半肉牛肉麵 beef and beef tendon noodles (小 small 180NT)
呷下第一口湯當下已覺得舒心，湯頭除了牛香外還有番茄跟白蘿蔔的鮮甜味道，用上蔬菜的菜甜來取代味精，我很喜歡。麵條能選粗或幼，選了粗麵，有嚼勁，份量亦不少。牛肉很大一塊，而且肉質軟嫩富滷汁的香氣，牛筋亦是軟嫩入味，整體而言這是一碗每部分都做得相當出色的牛肉麵，願意再訪。
The taste of broth wins my heart right after the first sip, besides beef, it has the sweetness from tomato and radish, they use the veggies sweetness to replace MSG, I like it a lot. You can choose thick or thin noodles, I chose the thick one and it’s smooth with a bit of chewiness. Beef shank is big and tender scented with nice soy marinate, beef tendon is tender and flavorful too! Overall this is an excellent beef noodles, would like to come back for sure.
