初日咖啡是我在高雄愛到的一家店，提供和食洋食的早午餐及下午茶。他們有兩家店，這次去了他們的二店。Hajime Te Cafe is my favourite place for brunch at Kaohsiung. They can 2 restaurants, I went to their 2nd one.我和朋友都選了洋食套餐，和食套餐之前吃過，很不錯。We chose western style set meals as I have tried their Japanese style ones, it’s nice.味噌雞肉佛卡夏 Miso Chicken Focaccia 340NT套餐除了佛卡夏包，還包括農場沙拉 (我們選了蘋果油醋作沙拉醬汁)、煎蛋跟優格。佛卡夏軟身富橄欖香，裡面的雞肉以特製的味噌去醃，香氣十足，夠味而不過鹹。配菜的沙拉、煎蛋和優格都很好吃，吃得出他們對食材的用心製作。Focaccia is soft and full of olives’ fragrance. 明太子軟法麵包 Mentaiko Bagutte 300NT
除了上一個套餐的配菜外，這個套餐還附了外脆內軟的薯餅。我喜歡這個明太子軟法，法國軟包香酥好吃，上面的明太子鹹香鮮突出，如果愛吃明太子的一定會喜歡吃這個。
If you like mentaiko, don’t miss this. Besides baguette, it has a croquette too.
