珍珠奶茶的發跡地是在台中四維街的春水堂 原為陽羨茶行, 賣半醱酵精品茶, 並先後研發泡沫紅茶與珍珠奶茶 現在在台灣有很多家分店~ 到台中的勤美誠品, 買了些想要買很久的書~ 戰利品 喝過他們的珍奶覺得好好喝, 然後就一直沒有喝過比他好喝的珍奶 逛完誠品就來吃晚餐, 人太累了不太想再跑夜市, 之前也去了兩三個 要吃什麼就寫在這張紙付錢就可以了 味道比想像中好耶, 番茄加了一些蜂蜜甜甜的味道原來不錯 現在幾乎也不會去那邊了… xd 方舟, 以黑糖做成的蛋糕, 硬的那種, 蠻香的~配茶很好 招牌珍奶~ 為什麼我會說是我目前喝過最好喝的呢? 因為茶香很夠, 而且最重要的是粉圓大小剛好, 不會太大顆也不會小到沒咬口 軟硬度也是很適中, 不會軟趴趴的 *v* 台中誠品有tuttifrutti, 叫圖圖果, 好可愛的名字喔~ 最後坐了高鐵南下回去了~ 價錢是比其他的搖茶店貴, 但試過你就會知道分別在哪 正餐大可不必來這邊吃因為我覺得食物沒有去到一定要試的地步 但來這邊午茶是一個很不錯的選擇喔 ^.* 評分: 味道 4 環境 4 服務 5 衛生 3 CP值 4

不知道取這名字跟蒙布朗有沒有關係,這個是栗子蛋糕,選這個主要是因為我們想吃栗子蛋糕,像腦袋的造型其實我沒有很喜歡,裡面有軟綿的栗子還有白巧克力。 這檸檬塔不同一般的檸檬塔,他比較像蛋白霜檸檬塔多一點。上層的檸檬泡泡是加了檸檬汁的蛋白霜,下面的檸檬奶油餡酸香十足,但加上上面較甜的蛋白,味道平衡有致。 被這蛋糕的名字跟外表吸引,外面有食用玫瑰花,裡面是蜂蜜蛋糕、mascarpone 慕斯、還有玫瑰覆盆子果凍。三款中我最欣賞這一款,質感層次分明,味道亦豐富。 玫瑰口味的舒芙蕾蛋糕配以荔枝口味的雪酪。味道上有pierre herme招牌甜點ispahan有相似,舒芙蕾如能有更香的蛋味或奶油味會更好。 這裡很難能可貴的是開店有一段時間仍能維持甜點水準,有用心的經營。如果去台中不是追求試新店只想找好吃的甜點,我會推薦這裡。 評分: 味道 4 環境 5 服務 3 衛生 4 CP值 5

今年到台中過生日,上網看到不少人說這裡的甜點非常有水準。到台中的第二天早上就坐車到。 Celebrated my birthday this year at Taichung. Visited right after the next day. Recommend to you if you love desserts. The owners of this dessert are couple, Mr. Soriano Joaquin is from France, a Michelin pastry chef, and Ms. Chuang Ju, a Michelin commis. “CJSJ" is named from their initials. The shop is not hard to find. Weekdays they open at 11am, I arrived at 10:55am, several customers were already waiting. I decided to take away, therefore I only waited for about 20 minutes. When I bought cakes I saw their only left one, I bought the last one. The texture is American cookie, quite soft, strong peanut aroma, very tasty. I think their cookies should be delicious too. Their take away box design is interesting. The box is tilted, so the cakes are put in opposite positions, to prevent touching each other when holding the box. The choices of cakes varied and changed randomly, like in summer, they’ve changed the cakes with summer flavors. They also have dine-in desserts. 將雲朵造型的黑香草,看起來是白色的呀,但當一切開的時候,裡面的是灰黑色的香草"cream"。本身已經拍下了一些內餡的照片,但想給你們切開那一刻的驚喜,還是不放了。很討喜的香草香味,如果本身愛吃香草口味的人,一定會喜歡這款。 Why it’s called black vanilla? It has some back vanilla cream inside. Want to let all of you having surprises after cutting so I don’t put the picture about the fillings. Flavorful vanilla scent. 這款我覺得不太對我的口味,本身我不太吃的甜品。但客觀來說做得好,是好吃的,橙香天然,有淡淡的酸醋香,是迎合夏日吧。上面的是舒芙蕾的蛋白霜,面層是硬脆的蛋白霜,下面是質感綿密的舒芙蕾。 If you like orange flavor you’d enjoy this. Orange vinegar with soufflé meringue. I impress the “soufflé meringue", crispy meringue underneath is soft soufflé. 認知中佛手柑外型很像幾根手指,翻查才知道這一款造型也是這果實的另外一種外觀。裡面其中一個餡料是,味道非常特別,吃到綠胡椒的味道但不會有那種嗆辣的感覺。配以糖漬佛手柑,清新得來帶點胡椒香,還有香草蛋糕體和脆餅底層,想不到這個佛手柑內有多層次的口感。 Interesting and cute buddha’s hand. Buddha’s hand is belonged to citrus family. Inside it has smoked green pepper vanilla ganache, taste good with candied citrus. Also with vanilla sponge cake and crunchy cookie base, a nice dessert for summer. 或許這款甜點外型沒有之前的那麼可愛,但味道卻極好。其實我覺得這款蛋糕賣相也很特別呢!可能我會係花生味的要點,這款裡面有72%花生焦糖醬,還有花生isigny鮮奶油和泡芙,我很喜歡這配搭。 Brest is a place of France, and also a choux pastry. Inside it has a light pastry dough, 72% peanut and caramel sauce and peanut isigny cream. Strong and impressive peanut aroma, like their peanut cookies. It’s my most favorite dessert among the 4 cakes I have bought. 這裏暫時沒有關店時間,因為他們把所有甜點賣完就關門,建議要吃就請早點來喔。 They don’t make too many desserts, shop closed right after the cakes are sold out, so better visit here early.
