KYOYA (西區)

台中抹茶甜點Kyoya咖啡雜貨繪本，在IG上看到他們的甜點而去的。老闆喜歡京都，店名跟Kyoto京都很像，位在台中美術館附近，寧靜簡單的京都風格小店。
A decent place for matcha dessert in Taichung. The owner likes Kyoto a lot, he set up Kyoya near a quiet environment near Art Museum.

百香果氣泡飲 Passionfruit sparkling water NT110 (甜點+飲料折抵NT100)
加入百香果果漿的氣泡水，點甜點的話加十塊就有了。不太甜，適合配甜點的飲料

京都圓舞曲 Kyoto matcha cake with cream and cherries NT230
抹茶戚風蛋糕，鬆軟綿密，抹茶的甘味沒有我想像中的濃，較淡雅的抹茶甜點。蛋糕要配上面的鮮奶油跟抹茶漿才會覺得夠濕潤。如抹茶味能再濃一些的話就更合我的口味了。

大判燒 (西區)

台中美食大判燒，古早味加上創意口味，被IG上的芋頭鹹蛋黃口味吸引，準備要離開台中要坐高鐵南下時特地來買。店有兩家，一家在台中車站附近，我去的是在金典酒店旁，廣三sogo斜對面，剛開店的時候我就到了，所以沒有等太久。
Famous Imagawayaki in Taichung, with both authentic and creative fillings. Visited here after seeing the picture of their taro with salty egg yolk flavor. There are 2 shops, one is near Taichung station, another one is next to Splendor Hotel Taichung. I went there right after they opened, so I didn’t wait for too long.

看很多人都選擇”買八送一”，我沒辦法吃那麼多，買了三款口味。他們不會幫客人切，但能向他們拿刀跟切板。
I saw many people chose “buy 8 get 1 free”, I couldn’t eat 9 at once, I bought 3. The staffs don’t help customers to cut the wheel cake, buy you can ask them to give you chop board and knife.

菜脯 Taiwanese pickles 20NT
屬古早口味的菜脯，味道較清淡，沒有我想像中的鹹，跟大判燒鹹甜鹹甜，不是我吃過最好的菜脯大判燒，但亦不錯。
Authentic Taiwanese flavor, milder than I expected, savory fillings with sweet surface, not the best pickles flavor but still not bad.

泡菜起司 Kimchi and cheese 25NT
他們的泡菜好吃，不太鹹，帶一點酸跟甜，配合起司，吃起來也不會覺得辣。
Their kimchi with cheese is tasty, not too salty with adequate sourness and sweetness, it’s not spicy too.

鹹蛋黃芋頭 Taro with salty egg yolk 35NT
芋頭綿密細緻富芋香，配鹹蛋黃一起鹹甜討喜，雖說是創意口味但卻有古早的芋泥酥香氣，好吃！
Dense and smooth taro paste, with pleasant taro fragrance and salty egg yolk. It’s their creative fillings but this combination has the flavor of authentic taro puff pastry, delicious.

冰田ガリガリ (西區)

台中冰田ガリガリ是今年開的日式刨冰店，因為有我感興趣的抹茶加檸刨冰口味，去了這家IG大熱的文青冰店。
Bing Tian Gari Gari is a new kakigori (Japanese style shaved ice) shop in Taichung, was attracted by their matcha and lemon flavor shaved ice so visited last month. The shaved ice is fine in texture and tasty.

抹茶小山丘檸檬冰 Matcha and lemon shaved ice NT150
這裡有兩款的抹茶口味刨冰，我選了這款是因為不想吃有奶的配料。味道非常清爽，小山園抹茶微苦茶韻配合檸檬的清香酸氣，吃完沒有負擔，刨冰質感幼細，很不錯

KOPHY coffee&philosophy (西區)

在台中的Kophy coffee and philosophy是一家咖啡店，除了咖啡外他們的鹹食甜點都做得好吃。2014年來過但照片拍得不好，趁上月到台中就再訪。外面有一個綠意盎然的小公園，不過天氣實在太熱，選擇坐在咖啡店裡。
Kophy coffee and philosophy is a coffee shop in Taichung, established in 2014. Besides coffee their savory dishes and desserts are good too.

蜜香紅茶 Iced black tea 160NT
天氣太熱，比較想喝冰茶，茶香蠻濃的紅茶，我要去甜的他們也能做給我。

黑芝麻涼麵 Black sesame sauce cold noodles 300NT
跟一般的涼麵不一樣，用的是黑芝麻做的醬汁，吃起來有黑芝麻的獨特香氣，也沒有一般的芝麻醬吃完會膩，拌上小黃瓜跟幼麵蠻涮嘴的。一旁的漬物跟鳳梨苦瓜排骨湯也做得很不錯。

提拉米蘇 180NT
Kophy的提拉米蘇很值得推薦，選用的食材很貼近正宗意大利版本，mascarpone cheese打得幼滑細膩，手指蛋糕有咖啡香，濕潤度剛好。在台灣比較少吃到有水準的提拉米蘇，這裡會是其中之一。

A LA MAISON Sweet and Salt & Fashion Lab (西區)

台中早午餐另一推介，名字很長A La Maison Sweet and Salt and fashion lab，除每週一、二，每天供應幾道鹹食、三明治跟甜點。
A good place for brunch in Taichung, the name is a bit long – A La Maison Sweet and Salt and fashion lab, serves savoury and sweet dishes except every Monday and Tuesday.

位於向上路的巷弄裡，寧靜的環境，店子以黑色做主調，前面有一個小花園。有些桌子是以衣車改造的，店內亦有些衣服可購買。有跟老闆娘聊過天，她不是法國人，她是瑞士人，在當地的法語地區出生長大。因為喜歡台中，就到台中開店。
It’s located at a cozy environment at Xiangshang Road. It has a small garden in the front of the bistro, besides food, it has some clothes for customers to buy. The owner is a Swiss, born and grown in Swistzerland French-speaking region. She likes Taichung, so she started to run a bistro.

庫斯庫斯 couscous 250NT
以蔬菜和牛肉煮成的濃湯加入北非小米，再加上雞肉，味道及質感都非常豐富。
Tasty couscous made with veggies and beef soup, on top with chicken.

海鮮飯沙拉 seafood rice salad 250NT
這個飯沙拉是冷的，夏天很適合吃，以多款海鮮加上酪梨、番茄拌飯，拌有加入醋及黑胡椒，蠻開胃的而且味道清爽。
This rice salad is cold, good to eat in hot summer. Different kinds of seafood mixed with avocado and tomato, vinegar and black pepper seasonings.


莓果塔、芒果塔 Raspberry Tart / Mango Tart 
好看又好吃的兩款甜點，尤其喜愛芒果塔的漂亮玫瑰形狀。中間的餡是加入檸檬汁的卡士達，不膩可口。
I like the “mango rose” of the mango tart. Inside the tarts are lemon custard, quite refreshing to have one after meal.
