    偶然見到這家牛肉麵的食記,讓人好奇心大起,索性登門一探。    清燉和紅燒牛肉麵皆有好評,胃容量有限,先擇一,再佐些小菜。    內用有提供洛神花茶和豆花。洛神花茶莫名偏甜;豆花紮實綿密有豆香,品質不錯,就是糖水甜度高。清燉牛肉麵 200元    麵條選刀削麵,咬勁不錯。湯頭簡單而鮮,未至亮眼程度,但喝來挺舒服。牛肉是用牛腩,部份軟嫩,部份帶點嚼勁。其它配料有薑絲和蔥花,未有其它青蔬。    醬料檯上的酸菜偏酸,單吃滋味一般,放入牛肉麵裡,那份酸讓湯頭多份清爽。未見店家自炒辣椒有些可惜。花干 25元  滷蛋 15元  海帶 15元    滷味上桌前有加熱過,不過均未滷入味,靠油膏提點。滷蛋蛋香濃郁;海帶軟而易食。燜苦瓜 50元    苦瓜爛得軟透,加了小魚乾一起滷製。滷汁鹹度適中,苦瓜苦味保留,但尾韻回甘。    很多牛肉麵都會搭配豆花吃到飽,不知開創始祖究竟是哪家麵攤。
