台北串燒居酒屋正夯,東區這類型的店不少。生意大多不惡,畢竟有酒有肉,只要不太難吃,就能稍稍撫慰許多人下班下課後的玻璃心。當然在東區這類型的店中也踩過地雷,但友人跟老闆博了感情,讓我也不好意思寫。好險之後吃去吃了手串本鋪,讓我重拾台灣串燒店的信心。除了手串本舖,另一間吳留手的大名也頗為響亮,在台北有3間店,就去了他們市民大道那間。 店內完全是日式居酒屋的風格。生意極佳,一定要訂位。 菜色種類繁多。價格中等,比手串本舖稍微便宜一些。毛豆(送的,還不錯) 自備清酒(這是之前我去東京買回來的清酒。送人,不過友人帶過來大家一起喝。非常清爽好入口。)胡麻菠菜捲$120(菠菜切碎,用豆皮捲起來,外面再包一層海苔。口感豐富,而海苔的鹹香也中和了菠菜的苦澀,好吃,推!)和風野菜沙拉$140(料多味美,還不錯)炒烏龍$180(加了柴魚後特別香,好吃,推!)鹽烤無骨牛小排兩串$200(鹹味適中,牛肉軟嫩,推!)醬燒牛五花肉串兩串$200(醬香入味,好吃,推!)蛤蜊絲瓜$120(絲瓜頗甜,蛤蜊稍微有點瘦。不過整體味道還不錯)酥炸雞軟骨$150(每次看到軟骨類的馬上就會點下去。酥脆可口,而且夠香,推!)帶皮

這樣子三個人吃,不清楚吃了多少錢,因為某人突然偷偷買單,不過應該一個人一千差不多。

個人覺得手串本舖的水準還是較為高一些,不過吳留手的價格相比起來也比較親民。整體來說,吳留手的菜基本上都有一定的水準。最驚艷的是碳烤肥腸跟午仔魚一夜干,而鹽烤中捲也是絕對必點的。可以理解為何這間那麼受歡迎,而且也是以後我想去燒烤居酒屋的首選之一。
