照片記錄:六人,人均2,000出頭。這餐之中的Tapas熱食我大過冷菜,尤以燉鵪鶉佐野莓果塔、墨汁燉肉丸子、烤蘑菇、牛肝菌菇球等幾樣,便是二訪點同樣菜再吃一次也很樂意沒問題的。野莓果塔中間放剝絲的燉鵪鶉餡,鹹嫩、以莓果的酸甜來中和野性,塔皮亦鬆脆~很不錯,燉肉丸子本身純粹是好吃的肉丸,淋上隱約含有切碎墨魚肉的墨汁醬,鮮度就不同了,烤蘑菇擠上"靈魂"的Alioli(蒜味蛋黃醬),多汁、一口一個,就像活潑的小東西,牛肝菌菇球是包覆了奶香餡的炸球,餡的鮮味比另一道老虎淡菜的奶餡對胃許多,可能是淡菜切得太碎令人無感,章魚腳我則偏好sapori的版本,除此之外其餘至少都ok。冷菜則喜歡Cones魚子醬佐奶油乳酪辛餅筒,濃郁的佐酒小物,就是太小口,吃不夠阿...🥺海鮮燉飯以蝦膏高湯底吸入米粒後收汁,保留米心的熟度彈性,很鮮!只是以整鍋來看還是會有部分的飯偏濕,不曉得是否沒辦法很均勻哪?乳豬腿烤出光滑脆皮,皮是好吃,唯一可惜是口感嫩嫩的肉仍有些微豬臊味,所以不得不說第一名還是要給海鮮燉飯(但是烤豬腿絕對更上鏡🤣)。(西班牙綜合伊比利臘腸火腿拼盤)🙂(Cones魚子醬佐奶油乳酪辛餅筒)😋(綿融羊起司佐
