照片記錄:人均1,500。朋友生日宴包了二樓,還好坐包廂免於大亂鬥(?),安排的菜色我特別喜歡:蘿蔔絲蝦餅、冬瓜盅、老梅菜蒸龍虎斑、清蒸蘿蔔糕,以上有吃到我這餐就夠了😺,藏在蝦餅內的蘿蔔其實感受也不明顯,就是非常爽口、外脆內多汁,冬瓜盅的海鮮與火鴨等風味充分,相對是平實耐吃的版本,蒸蘿蔔糕不能跟朧粵那種精細相比,口感更堅挺些,蘿蔔味道好、醬也襯托得巧,是另一型的美味,老梅菜干醃漬的鹹香味夠強,與魚一同清蒸後讓鮮美的感覺多了一分變化。(燒鴨拼燒肉,兄弟店九記何的,正常情況無法點選)(港式上湯龍蝦伊麵,無奶油版本,麵體軟硬度仍然很優,不過上次的大蝦伊麵鮮度更高,這個比較偏..澎派感~?決定改日再試一次)(荔蓉釀帶子,口感拿捏又進步了)👌(火鴨海鮮冬瓜盅)😋(老梅菜蒸龍虎斑)😋(蘿蔔絲蝦餅)😍(清蒸蘿蔔糕)😋(金銀蛋莧菜)(油條杏仁茶)(水果招待)(法朋麝香葡萄蛋糕)

藏在蝦餅內的蘿蔔其實感受也不明顯,就是非常爽口、外脆內多汁,
