依上次的經驗談,週末兩輪晚餐如果坐大廳散桌,人數與菜數皆不宜多,否則容易影響用餐體驗,這次多虧了朋友安排,坐包廂不限時還是吃得比較盡興,並且吃到了蚵仔捲、琥珀白花釀帶子..等,我可就不曉得是否為一般情況能點的隱藏菜色,總之,以台北眾多中價位以下的粵菜館來看,九記只要正常發揮,以它的價位和表現,能相提並論的也不多了。(頭盤:燒鴨燒肉,菜單是沒有燒味的~~來自九記何~)(豉椒炒生腸,招牌定番)(古法老酒陳皮蒸鮑魚,以前就喜歡這道的調味)(香酥蚵仔捲,費工的隱藏菜)(清蒸雙殼處女蟳,品質不下"呷味鮮")(琥珀白花釀帶子,自製的琥珀核桃好吃!晶華軒的還是貴了🤣)(清蒸手工蘿蔔糕,平價又好吃的一道)(例湯: 南北杏西洋菜豬骨煲雞腳)(清蒸筍殼魚+瑤柱魚汁滑蛋)(大蝦蒸肉餅,量大又好味)(鹹魚薑米炒勝瓜)(臘味煲仔飯,砂鍋+泰國米+蒸魚醬,脆脆鍋巴)(酥炸手工馬蹄條,這也是能預訂就預訂起來!)(古法杏仁茶+油條)(感謝友人!)
