目前最舒爽的一次九記,與上次10人的人均差不多(2K出頭),人多的好處固然可以吃得豐盛多樣、點大菜,只是不比人少時入口時間短、溫度更對,而且能吃到的份量多,美味印象得以累加。(皮蛋嫩薑、花生)(古法陳皮蒸鮑魚)一次吃兩顆,滿足感大增,淋汁味兒很像大x蔭瓜。(上湯焗大蝦伊麵)無奶油版本,沾附在伊麵是收汁後濃縮的鮮美、麵體彈牙。(山楂陳醋骨)甜酸味調得不膩,表層酥脆厚薄掌握不錯,水準相近高級粵菜餐廳(如頤宮),卻是一半的價格。(豉椒炒生腸)比上次人多時吃到的豉椒生腸更優,可以加註口味要重。(北菇蹄筋大腸煲)九記的煲仔類也是好吃的,蹄筋燒入味、大腸肥美無臊氣。(手工馬蹄條)手作吃起來完全不同,椰漿還有脆脆的荸薺~~
