多虧好友特別為了我在假日開局,而且又不小心和dd & 娜姊兩位合體了...九記疫情期間重新裝潢整修,目前由年輕有為的小何接手,願意採納對他有幫助的建議,這大概就是精益求精的心吧~~!這餐幾乎都符合預期(對於九記本來就會有較高的期待),全無冷凍海鮮,我的前三是古法陳皮蒸鮑魚、避風塘明蝦+瑤柱粥、青紅蘿蔔例湯,特別協商了三道甜品也都很棒,最喜歡趁熱時喝的核桃花生露。(子薑皮蛋+鹽酥花生)(燒肉拼燒鴨)來自九記何(與九記海鮮是兄弟關係,韭菜臘味炒飯好吃)。(古法陳皮蒸鮑魚)😘蔥油、調味精巧,在嚐完鮑魚鮮美之後才接上陳皮的緩緩香氣。(豉椒炒生腸)😋少少人就可以點的招牌菜。(避風塘明蝦、瑤柱粥)😘粥本身瑤柱熬煮後的鮮味夠濃,一會兒就見底~不夠吃,蒜酥似乎變得加不加皆可了。(鹹魚薑米炒勝瓜)😋絲瓜品質夠好,以鹹魚粒與薑粒的味道做對比,使其更甜。(荔蓉釀帶子)😋芋泥炸後的質地是舒服的,與搭配芋泥香酥鴨時的芡汁配方應該很相似。(青紅蘿蔔例湯)😘雞腳、排骨、南北杏,濃醇甘甜,膠質都釋出了。(油浸筍殼魚)😋低溫油泡,魚鰭都酥化可食,感覺比請客樓做得好,待試晶華軒。(生抽蝦)😋少少人就可以點的招牌菜。(沙母
