先前兩訪印象都不錯,隔了快兩年終於敲定複習的時間,與"全台第一美腿闆娘"(我朋友取的)訂了人少時無法吃的菜,品質依然穩定,因為內場皆是依照美腿闆娘vivian制定的標準出餐,這次相對更喜愛的菜:紅糟肉(協商略肥)、東石鮮蚵芙蓉蛋、醃椒蒸魚、老皮嫩豆腐、咖哩沙公煲、鮑魚糯米雞。(醃製野生小九孔,竟然是鹹蜆仔的味兒?)(藥膳活醉蝦)(高粱酒香腸)(紅糟肉,美美der)❤️東石鮮蚵芙蓉蛋,都是一份份固定量下去弄的,關鍵要趁熱吃,蛋嫩鮮味濃,非一般蚵仔蛋可比)😋(老皮嫩豆腐,第一次點~原來蠻好吃,口感拿捏很棒)😋(醃椒蒸魚,鹹酸的自製醃椒之前就很喜歡😘,當天吃得比較好,用七星斑,務必加麵線,醃椒汁拌起來!)(咖哩沙公粉條煲,初訪時就覺得會再複習的菜😘,咖哩是vivian特調,帶有日式甜與印度式的勁道)(東安子雞,先叫小份的試試,酸爽可口~不太辣)😊(手工炸蚵卷)紫蘇蝦餅,以前就沒有很懂,刻意再點來試一次,蝦餡仍然偏薄,可能主要是吃紫蘇氣味吧!?)(富貴筍乾圓蹄,中規中矩、口感不肥膩,以此價格不會有意見)(炒米粉,我的口味還是偏愛明福的版本🫠)(糖醋排骨,水準絕對是一時之選,排骨部位亦好😋)炒娃娃
