照片記錄:2.5k/人。初訪也是最後一訪,包廂低消約25k幾天前就把菜先點好,半數的菜就不壞,在一些海鮮熱炒餐廳就可以吃到的火候與調味準度(食材可能還勝過這裡),金錢蝦餅、口水雞、紅蟳米糕、八寶布袋雞這幾道水準ok,蛋席河鰻卷、魚皮白菜滷、炸芋棗這幾道很不行,畢竟料理就是主觀感覺,雷點在上菜tempo讓我震驚,前幾道上完後,大約10道菜突然在5分鐘內一次上齊!?想阻止都來不及(外場說菜都做好了~不上嗎?),還以為來到大排檔了,拿星的餐廳這樣上菜~??🙄(松露醬九孔鮑,松露含量、調味...莫名一股違和)😵(蛋席河鰻卷,預訂菜,結果是美乃滋捲,這盤價格1,200)(口水雞,相對易入口的調味,肉質也不錯,非台菜但比煎豬肝之類表現好)(紅燒元蹄,滷汁過於死鹹,從這道之後上菜連10拉10!)🙄🙄🙄(金錢蝦餅,明顯是現炸的,餡味道也調得很對!有水準!)(糯米椒牛肉,如果餐廳火力炒出來是這樣子,不太好意思講,比我在家用鐵鍋炒的鍋氣還弱,牛肉也有點"潤潤")(煎豬肝,朋友說上次來這吃到肝硬化症狀的豬肝,一試之下倒沒有硬,但微腥還是有的)(薑絲小卷,這道正常,菜大多都是點兩份)(干貝小魚)(魚皮白菜滷,

本次經驗:(今年兩大"不能只有我吃到"的台菜,另一家調味特殊,這算是主觀喜好就不多提,認識我的朋友都知道我極少大力批評一家店,但米香這種管理面?)
