照片記錄:3,000/人。海峽會新開幕,分為壽司與壽司割烹兩端,這次挑壽司那邊試試,為了小聚選坐包廂,結果比較像吃火鍋的空間,不算招待的細卷也有17道~比預期多,食材大都蠻不錯,捏製的感覺也ok(坐包廂已放一陣子),整體平穩、只是少了些記憶點。(跟姐吃飯聊天就是開心)(烤鰻魚/小黃瓜/土佐醋,姐說她朋友覺得割烹那頭還不錯)(剝皮魚)(墨烏賊,嫩薑加蓮藕薄片,涮嘴~續了三次)(黃雞魚)(竹莢,較保守風格的醋飯)(赤身,如果坐包廂,海苔應另外處理,潤潤~)(Otoro)(牡丹蝦)(炙燒北寄貝)(馬糞海膽)(黑鯛,木之芽香氣提味)(宮崎牛沙朗)(沙丁魚,可惜帶腥味,後來反應給主廚)(星鰻)(玉子燒,口感做得很好,算是亮點)(扇貝蛤清湯)(蔥花鮪魚泥細卷,招待)(金箔紅豆沙水羊羹)
