試營運過來try了幾道嚐嚐,轉述友人心得,餐食和台北名人坊大致接近,但環境面勝出(名人坊我只吃過當年最先進駐到高雄、與後來擴至的台中店,就無法比較啦!),應是看準未來南港的發展,畢竟這裡原本還沒有什麼高級餐廳可言,片皮鴨、編織酥、蛋塔是我當日相對喜歡更多些的(蛋塔尤其出色),四人包廂低消也才8k亦覺得不錯。(香辣脆鱔)(招牌叉燒皇)(魚籽蝦餃皇,現今的港點用魚子醬做點綴算是風潮,這裡使用Kaviari魚子醬,風味有層次多了)(外場拿來給我們看..)(東方樓片皮鴨,鴨皮脆爽,直覺上不太像現在流行的櫻桃鴨那種較豐厚的鴨油感🤔,甜面醬的甜度則很突出,我個人喜歡調得更沉郁一點的)(鴨腿斬件,鴨腿皮呢?😅)(二吃老火鴨絲粥)(經典編織酥,酥而不厚重、不油膩,內餡是肥肝與波特菇~熱度可以,朋友覺得較名人坊做的更好)(金不換蒜子焗鱸鰻,啫啫煲概念,類三杯口味)(榆耳炒四寶蔬,榆耳這食材沒吃過,咬感接近猴頭菇,其他蔬菜也都脆甜)(焦糖酥皮蛋塔,台北那幾間頂級中菜都吃過蛋塔,沒想到這家最得我心🤭)(感謝好友賜酒,蒼穹之眼,很搭餐)
