照片記錄:鰻丼(大)850、鰻魚肝湯100、啤酒200。千壽(原守破離)午餐鰻魚飯一直以來都是好評不斷(原址亦是),朋友說是繼龍吟後的第二天花板,直到最近...聽說團隊與料理Recipe都有了不小改變,剛好訂在5月初,一試之下~感覺主廚很有想法,肉質口感相當特別,適合喜歡吃"軟鰻"的朋友,"味道"也偏濃厚(非醬汁),加點的鰻肝湯則"偏甜",有點像蘿蔔湯。(還好有點啤酒來配)🤔(有馬山椒醬,本日最佳)(鰻魚飯,"綿軟"型)(鰻肝湯 & 附的蛋糕...)😐
