台北出名美食多,冬天最受歡迎當然係火鍋啦!由於團友十二人嘅口味不一,麻辣及藥材均屬太重口味,姨姨就提議清少少食日式涮涮鍋,一齊試試佢同事極力推介嘅「橘色涮涮屋」係咪真係咁掂。人氣火鍋店暗黑嘅門面其實有啲難搵,幸好迷途小羔羊入錯咗第二間大廈門口都可以遇上好心人帶路,相信這就是出路遇貴人哦。「橘色涮涮屋」品牌嘅「二館」分店全為廂房設計,走廊通道嘅石徑設計和風味濃,襯托上亮燈屏風,裝潢即顯得十分時尚。可能家人身型個個都有返咁上吓,感覺十二人嘅廂房有少少窄,但眼見餐桌上有足夠空間擺放齊備嘅餐具、調味料及兩個大爐,或許是自己過肥而已。埋位第一樣就梗係要點酒飲啦,呵呵呵,飲咗幾多就唔話俾大家聽啦。初次光臨,翻閱多頁餐牌後都未能決定如何點菜。友善嘅姐姐仔耐心地簡單解說後,得知多位長輩食量不多,就建議十二人不妨點選九份套餐,每四人一組分黎食,唔夠先再追加,細心得很!落好單,先有熱辣辣嘅清湯兩大鍋。第一道上場嘅為每款套餐都包有嘅「綜合菜盤」。細佬影好相相後,帶著手套嘅肥哥哥即代勞將雜菜有系統地轉移入熱鍋中,衛生非常。「綜合菜盤」中有甜甜嘅粟米及魚蛋片、嫩滑嘅豆腐、香軟嘅冬菇、減肥佳品嘅芋絲等。等待蔬菜煲
