週末訪台數天,主要目的當然係離不開吃喝玩樂,但要為一行十二人編排膳食,絕非易事。幸好互聯網上嘅飲食資訊非常詳盡,XO仔方才發掘到連旅遊書籍都未提及過嘅隱蔽美食大宅「桌藏」。以電郵訂座,只需填回信用卡授權書並支付訂金,流程相當簡易。的士停在以磨沙玻璃圍起嘅餐廳門前,第一刻感覺十分時尚。步進圓形嘅門框卻又踏上幽靜嘅石徑,庭園式嘅設計又充滿著中國風。店內嘅光線柔和,摩登嘅間隔開揚通爽,厚墊椅櫈亦好舒適。每個座位面前除咗有齊備嘅餐具,最搶眼就係把扇形菜單。反轉一看先知原來兩邊嘅內容為中英對照,這個中西合璧典雅得也真夠全面。八道菜餐單價格為NT 3,300/位,當中每人需點選湯品及主菜兩個項目。湯品有「干邑龍蝦海鮮湯佐擔仔麵」及「日本瑤柱、金華火腿、雞煲湯」兩款可揀;而主菜則有四款之多,當晚有「澳洲羊肩排」、「澳洲和牛臉頰」、「美國安格斯牛扒」、「櫻桃鴨油封鴨腳」。點好菜,晚餐即由一小杯清香怡神嘅「台南有機紅心芭樂茶」作序,據悉有養生紓壓之效。接棒嘅四式麵包有紅豆包、火腿包、橄欖芝麻包、芝士包,每件不單外表金黃,而且熱辣鬆軟,一人有成籃咁多,份量真夠堅!兩款牛油修長軟滑,中式嘅擺盤亦非常吸睛。菜
