之前就聽聞過這間上菜囉Viva la fete中戰斧豬排的盛名,今天終於要讓大家聞香了~搭車至忠孝新生站由6號出口步行10分左右可抵達在走的時候感覺這裡其實是還滿僻靜的住宅區,終於看到店家時有點"啊哩?我是要吃法國菜對吧?"的疑惑小巧的店門就能想見其實室內空間並不大與傳統印象中法國菜的高貴大氣上檔次不同的風格這裡比較像是主人招待貴客來家中用餐的溫馨感覺不用有禮儀注重或一板一眼的用餐壓力而是很舒適自在黃光源與店內擺飾的不少畫作營造出放鬆的用餐環境大概40個座位,尖峰時段要訂位才保險 櫃檯有水杯餐具醬料可以自行取用(不收服務費) 每桌備有水壺與浪漫蠟燭~ MENU不收服務費/每人需點餐低消$250/開瓶費$200 點用主餐均附一份例湯與麵包/或可選擇加$200套餐含沙拉.湯.麵包.前菜.飲料.甜點南瓜湯口感比較像蔬菜湯的感覺,不是奶味重的濃湯類型南瓜味道濃郁順口有點肉渣渣基底可能是大骨或雞高湯的樣子所以也稍微有些油不過仔細留意有一點點檸檬的味道耶(神奇~~ 麵包些微焦香的起士麵包搭配的是綠色橄欖油與黑色巴沙米可醋這萬綠叢中一點黑還挺特別,想挑戰互斥性的把油醋剝離沒有成功

南瓜湯

口感比較像蔬菜湯的感覺,不是奶味重的濃湯類型

南瓜味道濃郁順口有點肉渣渣

基底可能是大骨或雞高湯的樣子所以也稍微有些油

不過仔細留意有一點點檸檬的味道耶(神奇~~

麵包

些微焦香的起士麵包搭配的是綠色橄欖油與黑色巴沙米可醋

這萬綠叢中一點黑還挺特別,想挑戰互斥性的把油醋剝離沒有成功(就是個幼稚的人

酸酸的感覺清爽開胃

果然排如其名長得真真像把雄雄英姿的戰斧啊!

重量400g長達快半臂

看到就有直接拿起來啃的衝動是不是?!(形象呢!!

雖然只有生菜沙拉好像略單調,但是對於一人份享用是剛好地~

清爽沙拉解油去膩,除了配色擺盤

菜葉新鮮而且醬汁拌得均勻

每片生菜都有醬

(我不太喜歡生菜多醬少少的沙拉)

豬排搭配的沾醬有點BBQ蜜汁的感覺敲好吃!!

可愛的綠色點點是薄荷糖漿,黑色是酸酸的果醋

介紹完配角要來說說正經的了--真的是超正點啊~~!

瞧瞧這豬排肥的瘦的部位都齊了

要油花有油花要精肉有精肉

每切一刀都有點心疼外流的鮮美肉汁!

醃過香料的肉質香噴噴又甘甜

油脂部分彈嫩,其他部分扎實軟韌

因為市售高檔豬種愈來愈多,能量.香草.活菌等等

特別問了一下老闆是選用特別的豬種嗎?

但他用的只是普通的豬喔!!所以這juicy的口感味道是要靠功夫的

這可是人氣必點的一道,光看圖就能推知why~了吧?

不只size夠霸氣,就連上面覆蓋的料都令人驚嘆!!

你可以再近一點再近一點

海鮮總匯就真的不呼嚨樣樣來,蝦子.蛤蜊.透抽基本盤

居然還有干貝啊啊啊~~~

喀滋喀滋是pizza碎掉的聲音XD

深層爐烤後餅皮像餅乾一樣香薄酥脆有淡淡焦香

鋪蓋的馬札瑞拉起士雖然沒有很牽絲,但也添加了不一樣的口感層次

主要的調醬是番茄醬與滿滿番紅花粉,酸甜不膩

身為肉桂控的本人,點心自然是不會錯過肉桂加蘋果這樣的組合

烤餅原來跟pizza是一樣的餅皮不過做成了口袋半月型

剛吃完pizza會覺得有點重複性太高,但香甜滋味還是讓我吃光光了~

裡面還有一樣百搭的元素,

那就是--起士君又出現了~~

這一次牽絲很明顯啊!

鹹鹹甜甜的味道層次意外速配

但如果能更華麗一點來球冰淇淋或巧克力之類的會更好>///<
